The breakfast buffet provided (which is not free, just for clarity) was plenty good, and even though the breakfast buffet at the hotel itself was closed for two of the three days of my stay, they allowed me to use my breakfast tickets at the next door hotel, which I guess has the same owner. The location was excellent, right next Fukuyama station and thus downtown Fukuyama. Having the Fukuyama Castle park a block away was a nice plus. The hotel and my room were clean; nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness.
The bed's mattress felt a little on the stiff side. I wasn't at my best health at the time though, making sleep uncomfortable for me in general, but I could still feel that the mattress wasn't very soft. Of course, I can't complain too much given the price. Additionally, the hot water in the shower could have been hotter. The hottest setting still wasn't very hot, especially for the purpose of taking a bath.

The location was perfect and an easy access to almost everything. I wish that breakfast should have some variation in its menu.

The location was close to the station which was great. There were many eateries in the area and was very close to Fukuyama castle. The Onsen was also very nice after traveling.

the shared bathtubs were amazing. i also enjoyed breakfast because the restaurant were running a campaign to reduce food waste so they asked me if there were any food included you do not like
wifi connection was too poor to work. I understand there were many people to stay and share it, but i was not satisfied I could not connect it
