Rialto Suite 7070

The location is absolutely awesome. Pretty much in the middle of Venice and right around the corner you have Rialto Bridge, great food, drinks, coffee, bakery, grocery shop, whatever you want. And within 10-15 minutes of walking. ou have almost all the things you might want to see. Self check-in was also great to have since we arrived late in the evening. Room was nice and clean, plus on the ceiling was pretty chandelier from Murano glass! Also every day when we returned from the city it was tidy since very lovely cleaning lady came. Coffee and tea was available for free, which was also a nice perk to have. Definitely worth the price, can 100% recommend.

The location is fantastic. Daniella greeted us on arrival. The room wasn't ready, but we left our luggage with her and she said to return at 2pm. We went off to enjoy our first Italian Pasta and explore Venice. We returned at 2 just as Daniella was completing her turn-over of our room. She gave us the key, explained how to access everything. It was pretty seamless. Daniella was great! The room was small but had everything we needed. If you need a comfortable place to sleep and shower, but plan to spend a lot of time wandering the narrow alleyways of Venice, then this is all you need.

The bathroom is small, but I have actually had smaller showers in Europe than this one. I'm a very big guy, and I managed for two nights. The A/C did not work. We had a Staff member come to attempt to work it to no avail. We were eventually told it is a new unit but it hadn't been set up because it is still cool out (It was April). We learned, Italians do not use A/C in April. Americans are more likely to do so. Instead we opened the windows in the evening, which brought some Mosquitoes to feast on us through the night. This was the one downside to a relatively nice stay.

The location is absolutely perfect, just 1 minute away from the Rialto Bridge and also close to many good restaurants (personally, I would recommend Al Gobbo di Rialto). The room was big and very clean, as the host would clean it and supply us everyday, even thought it was almost Christmas.

The only inconvenient thing was the noise (coming from the outside, but also from the neighbours). Even though, given the price, I would say that this reason is not good enough to give this propriety less than 10/10. Thank you very much again!

We enjoyed our one night stay. Clean room and receptionist was nice but really didn't speak any English...we all managed. Basically the rooms are next door to actually reception desk so we didn't see the woman again.Reception has set hours & we checked in at 14:00 before reception closed at 15:00...good location to wonder about Venice. There's a restaurant next door which we didn't utilize as we left early in the morning to catch train back to Rome. The building opposite was in process of renovations and workmen commence working at 03:00 to avoid day time heat. Yes it woke us up, but in fairness this will not be continuous

We only stayed one night and really were only in the room to sleep. The property met our needs

Perfect location, just around the corner from Rialto bridge and public water transport for getting around but on a quite street. Room was was nicely arranged on arrival, spacious with very big and comfy bed! Only downside I'd say is the bathroom, looks really nice and clean but very tiny and narrow! I'm 175cm/5'8 so kinda had to sit sideways on the toilet and sink's small too. Didn't mind it too much but would have been a problem if I was taller. Shower had 2 shower heads really nice! Enjoyed my stay, if I'm ever back in Venice gonna stay here again.

We liked the fact that it was close to center and it was easy to orientate yourself from there. The cleaning was good, the room was equipped with AC, also the other room as well. The beds were comfortable and the sheets very smooth and clean.

The area where we were booked was in renovation and sometimes we would hear sounds from the constructors. Even though there were two rooms, they were pretty small for a family of 4 people. In rest everything was fine with the booking, we didn't find those inconveniences to be that disturbing. We still had a good time.
