Our journey started At the airport where we were greeted by a private shuttle to the hotel. Welcomed by Christina and her colleagues. Every day we were shuttled to and from the city to connect with trains and buses to everywhere. This was a free service and saved us a lot The hotel location is perfect for connecting onwards to all of the tourist destinations. The staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent food and wines. The hotel offers great value. The Spa is a must with a Steam Followed by a mint shower We will definitely be back again and thank you.

Location. But this was overcome by the hotels free shuttle services to and from Verona

Friendly and efficient staff at check in. The room was spacious and clean. There was a pair of slippers, a towels, and spa robe to wear for the pool at no extra charge, although there was a card that said there was a small charge. The pool area is lovely. The shuttle was arranged for me to get at 7pm and take me to Verona centre. Another shuttle was booked to drop me at the airport after a nice breakfast the following morning. I think this hotel is extremely good value for money.

Nothing. My only negative was that the carpet in the corridor leading to the room was tired and could do with a professional clean. In contrast, the public areas downstairs were immaculate and tasteful. I wish I could have stayed a few nights and relaxed in the garden with its warm pool. I didn't use the indoor pool nor the gym. It is 7km from the centre of Verona and my taxi back at 1030pm was 25 euros. (The last shuttle was 730pm.)

The hotel was close to Verona airport. We especially liked the shuttle bus option allowing us to visit Verona city centre and upon request to take us to the airport. The 24 hour gym facility and the pool option was great too; and the restaurant on-site was splendid. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. At the front desk the attendant was helpful in helping me to plan a day visit to Venice.

Everything was well presented and the option of having daily clean towels was perfect for us.

Lovely hotel and pool, really friendly staff too. Nice modern room with comfy bed and spotlessly clean bathroom. Lovely wellness area and indoor pool too. Really nice place. There's an onsite cafe where you can buy paninis etc and they will bring them to you poolside.

Location is not great - while it's in an industrial area and very near the airport you can hear all the planes taking off when sitting at the pool. I know there's not much that they can do about this. The hotel restaurant is not exactly "cheap and cheerful" but there is a really nice restaurant about 2 minutes walk from the hotel and another about 10 minutes walk.

Breakfast was very good. Limited evening meal choices for more than one night and quite expensive. Food was good and service very good.

Hotel is very isolated with not much in close proximity. We used the shuttle bus to Verona and to the airport. Restricted times for Verona but airport run was open to suit our needs- but make sure you book this. Hotel is not pretty from the outside but inside is very good. Shame spa was not open but this was as advertised.

The spa was splendid, with sauna, spa and heated pool, the Gym was a little dated and small on space, but still got a workout done which was needed during the stay, Breakfast’s were filling with a good selection. I would definitely go back to stay here. The staff were exceptional

The location is perfect for a stopover on arrival or leaving. The staff are exceptional and accommodating the restaurant is fabulous there is also a cafe/bar which local travellers use as it is so good. Rest up by the pool, lunch or a fab evening meal as a last night. Recently refurbished rooms and transport available into Verona and pick ups and drop offs to the airport work perfectly.

The 70’s concrete look but get over this and it’s a great place, staff and location.

The amenities! Gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, hydromassage, it's a wellness program. I also like the free shuttle from/to the airport and from/to the city. Breakfast is also great. The staff are all helpful.

Wifi is abysmal, they should really up their system. Hotel is a bit old and could use some upgrade, but really the amenities and the service make up for it.

Breakfast quality was good, I think it could have more options for it. like some creams. You could start the day with such a good feeling. The took a massage, it was great. The pool was also clean. There were also cats in the hotel. they were freindly and I could play with them.

The hotel was a little bit far from the city, but with the Hotel shuttle service, it was not a big problem. be sure to ask for a shuttle service.

Very nice indoor and outdoor pool. The staff is very friendly. The location is great if you want to be near airport of an early departure or late arrival. Good selection of food for breakfast.

The bathtub was a bit outdated and the water wasn't going through fast. The restaurant (for lunch and dinner) doesn't offer any vegan options or options that are easy to modify into a vegan option.
