Hotel Mezzaluna

It is a small but descent hotel. Economical, but not cheap. Very good price to benefit ratio! It was just what we expected. We wanted a hotel near Venice airport. Our flight would leave next day in the evening. So as we came back to Italy from Switzerland, we needed one last stop. Something not expensive, but also without low standards. And we chose Treviso because we had all morning free and we could just hang around the beautiful town and enjoy sightseeing, a coffee etc. It was only 29 km away from Venice 's Marco Polo Airport. Very spacious and clean and tidy room, with all the amenities. We had a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Free parking place was also admired in hotel's safe yard, taking into account that the hotel was far from town' s center and in a very quiet residential area. Because we would arrive late at night, we asked for a check in after 23:00 (which is the time that check in ends) and they assured us that someone would be waiting for us. So we were grateful that they waited for us until 23:30.

Keep in mind that check in is not 24h, but till 23:00 & check out 10:00!!!? It is located in a very quiet and remote residential area and is a bit difficult to find (surrounded by houses and not on a main road, but inside an alley). Better signage is needed. The breakfast is just basic (I think it is the only thing that needs urgently to be improved).

Hotel Mezzaluna is 30 minutes walk from the city walls. It has a very good bus connetcion to the Raliway Station and the airport. I always choose accomodation out of the busy and noisy cities, becouse I prefer an undisturbed, quiet night sleep. The room was spacious bed was really confortable. The souronding was realy quiet I could sleep with open windows. Fridge, safe and also a kettle and tea were in the room. Wifi was perfect, Check in and out easy. Information how to reach the hotel given buy Francesca was great and both ladies at the reception are friendly and helpful. Treviso is a beautiful city on the way to Venice and the Dolomiti. It is worth to stay more then one night. I am sure I will return and definetely choose Hotel Mezzaluna again.

Good rooms, everything worked fine. Staff were very helpful, even thought of special diet when I requested it before our stay. Car parking place was available but city center is a bit far away by walk.

During breakfast, in some cases the plates were not refilled immediately when they were emptied by other guests.

the breakfast is quite poor, considering that it seems to be a family hotel we expected a nice homemade breakfast. instead, everything was bought, including croissants (which you have to order, only one each) and heated... chemistry juice is poured from a paper bottle into a jug.

everything was good, people are very friendly, coffee for breakfast is very tasty. Simple and quick communication through the chat. Close to the airport, hotel is quite easy to find, the place is nice and quiet. Tea-pot with tea/coffee in the room. Big parking place.

Family owned little hotel, very professionally run, with decent breakfast. Large closet in the room with several hangers!

The hotel is hidden in a residential neighborhood in a city suburb; you may need your navigator to find it! Rather small shower in the upgraded bathroom. No elevator.

The room was clean and warm. It was smallish but had adequate storeage. The shower room was well maintained and everything worked. Breakfast was fine if limited. The hosts were very welcoming. They gave us an espresso machine for the room when I asked for some instant coffee sachets.

The beds were a bit small and short for a tall man.

We love the staff, very kind, polite and professional. Breakfast was ok. The room was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, towels were changed every day, and all cleaning was done on daily basis. I will be recommended to everyone. Great and peaceful location. Hotel Mezzaluna is a very nice place to stay!!!

Friendly, quirky, uncomplicated, great value and I love the free bikes!

It’s a little bit out of town (only a mile or so) but with the various transport options available (especially their bikes) I’d actually say that’s a good thing; it’s nice to get away to such a peaceful location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Very quiet location. We used the free bikes all the time, great for getting around Treviso.
