Best Western Premier BHR Treviso Hotel

The hotel is very modern, well furnished and clean. A very good business-class hotel. For us also the location was great as we had to take and early flight from the Treviso airport. The staff at the reception was very professional and helpful.

There was not actually anything not to like. But our visit was also very short, so we could not try the breakfast nor the spa facilities. That was a pity of course. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed for 1 night before our trip to Florence the next day so we did not have the chance to experience everything the hotel had to offer. We were very happy with the room, the size, size of bed which was very comfortable, the bathroom. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is very close to the Treviso airport which was what we were aiming for but other than that it didn't seem that there is much going on in that area.

The taxi fare was around €17 for a less than 10 minutes drive in an empty street, it was after 10pm

Stunning hotel, big rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Overall quite modern and fancy looking. Equiped with wellness centre, gym and plenty of other amenities. Pretty good restaurants and bars in the same location, which is always a plus. Can definitely recommend!

Location of the hotel is quite bad. Can't really rely on bus service to Treviso as it often goes once per hour and doesn't go past 8pm. Taxi apps are non existent so be prepared to call one yourself or walk 1h10 from the centre of Treviso.

Room very good, large and clean. Breakfast nice and lots of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Facilities are good - wi-fi fast. Location good for Treviso.

Waiting time for taxi's was quite slow but this may be a post pandemic issue as it was no problem a few years ago. Small point but having to wait for a coffee in the morning at the breakfast bar is a little painful - maybe a pot of coffee would be possible for us Americano drinkers?

Very friendly staff. A special mention for Damian, the excellent and friendly cocktail barman and for Marco on Reception who was super helpful. Lovely, large and super- comfortable beds in a more spacious than average, double room. Very quiet. Great breakfast.

Needs flowers or something to cheer up the main reception area which is too business-like. Payment of 25 euro required to use the spa for pre-booked 2 hours!

we had a shuttle service from/to the airport because our car was parked in the garage. when we got back from our destination, we waited almost an hour for someone to pick us up, so I called the hotel and the receptionist said to take a taxi and that the hotel would pay because their driver couldn't pick us up. I think the hotel should have informed us immediately to take a taxi instead of letting us wait for an hour in the rain.

Nice hotel that I use quite a lot when on business to Treviso. Clean and very functional with nice staff. We will be back.

Only one person at the reception desk and the hotel was quite busy with a bus full of arrivals. We had to wait a while to get a taxi ordered by the front desk.

I needed a hotel close to the airport. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was available from early (comes handy with early flights), the selection of cakes was fantastic.

I hate the Hotel wifi-s in which one has to connect through registration, webpages and a lot of adds.

The hotel is nice. Accommodated us past midnight due to a delayed flight. Staff was friendly overall.

No balconies. Fan not working in the bathroom. Windows hard to open. Bar not working past 11 pm.

-minibar without any products inside -1 water bottle for 2 guests -no electric kettle or coffee machine in the room -air-conditioning - working but hard to reach the desirable temperature in the room (either too hot or too cold)
