i promissed to angelica from front desk i will wright about this stupidity of management , i travel alone , so they accepted this situation, i have single room but if i want to go hotel spiaggia i must payed two sun bed , it is a stupidity and the beach is empty ...... try understaining because i didnt..... marius

the Breakfast has limited options the staff are not very friendly at the restaurant the Sun beds should be included in the room rate 👎

The hotel is in a very good location, a 10-minute walk to the centre of Santa Margherita, which filters out most of the confusion. Ideally palced for the visit to Portofino (the bus stops in both to/from directions are right in front of the hotel). The facilities offered are what can be expected from a 4-star hotel, with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast (although there was a coffee-making machine and not a "proper" barista). The staff was very welcoming and helpful (they added the breakfast at a competitive rate), either at the hotel and the parking (a huge bonus for Santa Margherita, although moderately pricey at EUR 20 per day). Another bonus for the check-out deadline at noon and the extended breakfast time untile 10.30.

We found the bed a bit too stiff, but this largely depends on personal habits.

The staff was nice, rooms standard size for italy but well organzied, clean and comfortable. The locations is awesome, the upper rooms with balconies are very great with beautiful views. If you have a car, you may find free parking on the street but they have a automatic underground car parking, its pretty cool and cost $20/night. The have a nice rooftop terrace, small with a cool dipping pool. Beach front loungers/umbreallas, breakfast great, outside seating. We had drinks outside. It was all great. Small elevators. :(

Everything was great! Location, room, breakfast. Very walkable to SM town, you could walk to Portofino but the ferry is nicer.

We had a room on the top floor and it was just beautiful. The view was wonderful and the little terrace was divine. The breakfast was delicious and sumptuous. The staff were very nice and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was divine. The beach is lovely and away from the crowds at the other end of Santa Margherita

The pool wasn't that welcoming to us so we spent our time at the beach. Another pontoon in the water would be great, it was very popular.

Private beach was very good and handy (with a perfect lunch). Automatic parking-garage looks scary but we did not have any issues. Hotel itself is nice and clean, we had a sea-view room which had an amazing view.

Room was small and relatively basic, without a sea-view I would consider it not worth the money.

This is a lovely hotel with a rooftop pool and review and inhouse bar located on the beach not too far from Santa Margherita. It was a bit of a hike from the train station with bags (it would be an easy walk without bags) so we took the bus which drops you right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff was particularly lovely.

The hotel was really good. Not sure I would have anything to say about it that could be improved.

Breakfast was great. so was the location and the staff. I was very happy and the beach club across the street was fantastic, too. I was very happy with my experience at this hotel and in this town.

The gym needs work and new equipment and more equipment. They need to redo the conference room area. The pool could use a little enhancing.

Man at front desk, told us we could not buy boat tickets anywhere but Santa Margherita. This was clearly not true as we bought them in Porto Fino, he just wanted to sell us a private boat tour. And he was not very nice on top of that.

the staff were friendly, receptionists very helpful and very cheerful

the room we were first allocated was very disappointing, but the staff changed the room without a quibble the night after. However, the room should never have been an option for the rate, it was very small and noisy.
