- We spent 6 days in Sardinia and unfortunately, we only got 1 day of sun. the rest of the days were cloudy or rainy. - Fortunately, the apartment was so comfortable and well equipped that we actually enjoyed coming back to it after a day exploring the city. - We had many movie nights as Netflix was available. - We had great conversations on the large balcony. - The owner and the staff were very helpful in recommending nice spots and restaurants. - The supermarket was less than 3 minutes walk. - The washing machine was available for 5 euros only and the residence provided the detergents.

- We were asked to separate the trash and throw it ourselves in the designated trash area of the residence.

Excellent house, new, and with modern furniture. Our apartment was about 60 s.m., so more than enough for a family of 4. Plenty of parking, big supermarket really close, beach at a few hundred meters (the sea could be seen by the property's 1st floor, but it's not really a property with-a-view).

No microwave oven was present, although I'm sure that if we asked for it, we'd have one by the lovely owner. Cagliari is not close (30 minutes by car), but busses do exist and there is almost no traffic to get there.

We got bigger apartment than the one we selected and it was perfect. Very big and comfortable rooms, had everything we needed. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Location is great, we liked the local beach very much and the closeness to the beautiful Cagliari. We got a lot of usable information from the polite staff who answered all of our questions and assisted us with car rental.

Perfect cleanliness,  fully furnished, with all needed. Good kitchen and bathroom. We had all we expected to have. Cosy apartments with WiFi, own closed place for sunbouth, with umbrella and sunbeds. A sense of security and comfort in the protected area. Perfect location near the beach. Big supermarket near the apartments. The bus stop for a few minutes to walk. A beautiful area with lots of greenery and flowers. Perfect place to stay for family. The apartment looks accurately the same as in  Booking's foto.

Only slow WiFi.

I loooooved this place! Apartments are perfect! Spotless, impeccable gardens. We hada groind floor apartment with front anf back yard. Beautiful. Stylish, classy. Safe, peaceful. Supermarket 3 min away.

The sofa in the living room although beautiful was not very comfortable for sleeping. But the king size bed in the bedroom was amazing.

Host was very friendly and responsive. Apartment has a lot of space inside and also outside, very nice and clean. We had the ground apartment which had a private terrace in front of the building and also behind the building, two deck chair included. Good for watersports like windsurfing, kiting, etc. You can easily was your equipment outside. Residence has a large private parking space, very safe, under cameras and locked doors.

I was missing a little more "small accessories" in the kitchen.

We initially just booked for 2 nights, but then extended with another 7 because it met all our expectations! - The staff is great and really made us feel at home and part of an Italian family, thank you !! - The residence is almost new and in very good condition and very well maintained. - There are various different apartment sizes, we had the smallest one and it was still very spacious. - The apartment was super clean, well furnished in nice light colors, balcony on both sides with good beds, pillows, towels, etc. - It was very quiet inside, no noise at all from outside could be heard. Great black out curtains as well. - Mountain view, sunrise and sunset on the other balcony - There is secured parking on the premises. - Garbage is/can be segregated to minimize environmental impact - Large supermarket across the street, 5 min walk - 10 min walk to the beach - We liked the location, outside of Cagliari, but still closeby, a perfect spot to explore the surrounding areas. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and apartments throughout my years of traveling and this is definitely in my top list

- Currently there is no swimming pool (not that we wanted to use it, as there many nice beaches around) however it is planned to be constructed before the next summer so future guests will be pleased. - The kitchen was new and had everything we needed, a few more kitchen items would be useful (like sharp knives, maybe a toaster and a juice press. - Having to leave :(

Easy accesible location, nice appartment arrangement, car inside locked courtyard. Very kind help and advice from the reception lady. Close to the bus stop to city center and 5 min walk from the nearest beach.

Smell from the bathroom. The second bed was from zofa, not really comfortable

This is an every aspect perfect apartment! Nice clean place, beautiful apartments, really kind staff, and guarded parking space for our motorcycles! We stayed nearly a week hear, but enjoyed every second!

There is nothing! As im mentioned before, everything was perfect!

The location was perfect. Alot of beaches a short drive away. Lake with flamingos too. Spotless hotel. Helpful staff. Parking available on premises. Nicely furbished rooms. A lovely stay overall. Definitely coming back
