Best Western Hotel Residence Italia

The receptionists were fantastic and they made our stay even better. We arrived just after 12pm so we were too early to check in but the receptionist found us a room and allowed us to check in early. During our stay we had to go to reception a few times for queries and the staff were fantastic and answered any questions we had. When we checked out the receptionist went out of her way to ensure we could get a taxi to the airport. The local taxi service was very busy so it was difficult to get a driver but she stayed on the phone to try get a taxi for us.

The air in the room could have been cooler. The air was cold but we would have preferred to be colder after coming in from the hot sunshine.

Desk staff was very helpful. The lobby area was nice (we were even able to watch a football match) Room was small but comfortable. My friends did not like the bed but I found my single to be ok.

It was very hard to find (even with GPS) and to get into the parking area was very narrow. But this isn't really the fault of the hotel, just the way the city is. It was convenient to the clinic were I had to go. There weren't restaurants very close by (again no fault of the hotels but maybe they should upgrade their food services.)

Andrea, the hotel manager, goes over and beyond, to accommodate your requests and provides you with excellent customer care. I loved my experience at the BW. He also leads a great team... It's not surprising when you lead from the back. I would like a shoutout to the woman in the breakfast room in particular, and to the many staff who helped me at reception, Beatrice, the Silvia's and all the others whom I unfortunately don't remember all of their names.

The bathroom was a little small.

my plane arrived early and the guy on the desk didn’t wanna help with a room before 4 pm that by him supposed to be the check in time. he was almost kind of rude and took my phone number to “call me” but never did! I checked and the “check in” time was 3:00 pm so I went back to the hotel at 3:20 and the lady who was there was helpful and very kind! overall good experience except from that guy on the desk!

All staff was really nice and Kind with us and specially with children. We love Patrícia and they love with our sons. Room have lot of space and Even when we dont have some things (cups, plates,..) if we ask they kindly give it To us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a lovely choice of food for breakfast, couldn't really ask for anything more! I had to stay in the hotel twice as my flights got cancelled and they were very accommodating and l really appreciated it.

- Been a very hot summer, every day when we arrived from the beach the AC was ON and the room was cold and refreshing. - Very nice staff

Daily cleaning and changing towels

No balcony is a problem if you spent all day in the beaches you have a lot clothes to dry and it is not possible in the room

Location , everyday cleaning, very helpful staff in the front desk and security officer after hours, free parking

Breakfast only cold food, very basic

The room spacious, comfortable and clean

The only minus would be the location a little far but for those who rent a car is great. Public buses are every 30 minutes ish.
