Hotel Priori Secret Garden

Location excellent …. A little difficult to find even with GPS and an Italian speaker phoning hotel twice …. But once there, magnificent…. Garage facility excellent, greeted there by representative from hotel. Breakfast excellent , choice, quality and service ! Came with a dog, the hotel provided choice of dog bed in different sizes and water bowl! Reception staff very helpful . All staff had good multilingual skills. Service provided was excellent generally ….. like a 5***** hotel.

With a dog had to breakfast on the terrace, no problem but could have had some heating there…. The mornings were quite chilly. A minor quibble only………… overall nothing was less than excellent.

Lovely view from the nice sized window. Small but workable room size. Eco-conscious. Great air conditioning and water pressure. Convenient, delicious breakfast with lots of choices and good cappuccinos. Breakfast is on a terrace with both a glass enclosed area and outside tables. Very friendly wait-staff. Cool glass-enclosed elevator for 2nd floor rooms.

The shower stall was quite small and we're not big people. Hitting the water faucet with your elbow or bumping into it and making the water suddenly very cold or very hot was unavoidable. Everything else was great.

The location of the hotel is excellent with just a short uphill walk to the center of the old town. While the room was not large, it was enough for us and very comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were very helpful. The on site parking was very welcome.

We found the hotel very difficult to find and access as we drove to it. Being Sunday the very narrow streets were crowded and some were closed for a car rally. That made driving in hair raising but we did it. Staff then helped us reverse to the on site garage. Given the location of the hotel we did not need the car again during our stay. Leaving Perugia on the other hand was very easy.

One of the greatest facility of the hotel is the garage and in Perugia city center, believe me, this is really an added value. I loved the style of the hotel and the design, very "umbrian" and very trendy at the same time. Breakfast included every single thing I could have wanted. My favourite was the carrot and almond cake and the soft pecorino. But I have a sweet tooth and the nutella like nuts cream made my water mouth at first sight and the experience was sublime. I will come back soon.

There was nothing I did not like. The staff was super accomodating and I overheard other clients at breakfast stime saying the same. For a woman like me travelling on business, with a keen eye on service and style, this was one of my best experience in Perugia.

This is an exceptional which met all our needs. Standards are very high. Our room was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding with a bacon and eggs for those of us from Ireland and a a top class continental choice as well.

The hotel has excellent access and egress facilitates for people with mobility issues provided via the bar. This could be posted at the front door although the hotel tried to trat all guests equally by providing assistance to those needing it at the front door and everywhere throughout the hotel.

Location was perfect, the stuff was friendly and helpful, modern rooms with good bathroom (strong water pressure in the shower), great breakfast (selection of salty and sweet options and the area itself), beautiful view from the bathroom, flexibility with check in / check out time.

The room 104 was a bit dark (closely facing the wall of the neighbouring church in the narrow street), we had to turn on the lights during the day. But it saved the room from the day heat, so we didn’t have to use the AC.

The hotel is spectacular in so many ways. It is gorgeous, perfectly located at a quiet and very steep small street at the heart of the beautiful old city. The renovation of the original ancient building is a masterpiece. It turned it into a modern, very comfortable, warm welcoming and gorgeous looking hotel. The delicious Breakfast is served in a beautiful balcony with an amazing atmosphere. The room are very comfortable and beautiful and the stuff were amazing!!!!!!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The staff is the epitome of hospitality. They are extremely thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is in walking distance to everything! Hotel is brand new and decorated tastefully. Beds and linens are extremely comfortable. Bathrooms roomy and water pressure in shower is excellent. Our room had amazing views and a large jacuzzi tub. Rooftop terrace serves excellent breakfast and creative evening cocktails with unique complimentary appetizers. Great music. Convenient elevator for transporting luggage.

I would have liked a blow dryer for the bathroom and a coffee maker in the room but I find that many European hotels do not have these routinely.

It is a brand new hotel and it is just splendid. It is located in a historic building, which was carefully and artistically renovated. For example in the entrance hall you can still see the originall painted ceiling. And yet, the hotel is very modern and exceptionally comfortable. Me and my colleague had single rooms, which were absolutely wonderful. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was very well arranged. They are using very good line of ecological bath products "Kemon", including Shampoo, Body lotion/Hair Conditioner and even a small tube of butter. Really great. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. There are two large tables of everything one can need: eggs, yogurts, proscutto, cheeses, fruits, sweets etc. The extremely nice lady there serves the coffee - really good, and she remembered which coffee each of us drank on the second day! Talking about staff, they all were just amazing! I don't remember all of their names, Serena was exceptionally friendly and helpfull, but also everybody else there, without exception. We asked them to make for us several reservations for restaurants and a few buisness calls and they absolutely did they best. This is surely not to be taken for granted. It should be also said that the hotel is located in the middle of the historic city, few meters behind the Palazzo dei Priori, which is definitely great location if you want to explore Perugia.
