We loved our stay. Sergio is super nice! Our kids said he is like a grandpa to them. We all loved the pool, the service and the view is spectacular from the property. The airline lost our luggage before we got there, but Sergio was really helpful to ease our situation. Stayed up late to wait for us with check in, to find the closest mall to buy more clothes etc. The kids didn’t want to leave and keep saying let’s go back please. :) We will come back for sure and recommend everyone! Thank you for everything Sergio!

Beautiful property, host is very attentive and helpful and he cooks so finger licking good. They serve breakfast at extra cost, and offer water, tea or coffee any time. The swimming pool is the highlight of the place - it’s clean and the water is a pleasant temperature. And best of all there is no time restrictions as in some hotels. The view from our terrace was magnificent.

Overall we had a nice experience during our stay

The place is wonderfull. One can even stay whole day at the pool without worrying what to eat or drink, owner Sergio has taken care of menu and everything else. There is beautiful view, both sides you can see a mountain. The house is by the street, accessable very good with a car.

The location was perfect for my morning commute to the airport, it was located in a convenient spot and the parking was good. Sergio was a very hospitable host and made the whole experience feel very welcoming, almost as though we were staying with a familiar relative or friend. The dinner was fantastic too.

I have no words to describe this amazing magical place! This experience is unforgettable! Papa Sergio is more than a host! He treats you like a member of his own family. I will definitely come back to Palermo just to live this experience again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. We booked the villa room which was very cost effective and absolutely stunning. It's like a little piece of sicilian history on its own, the room is huge and just outside there is a gorgeous pool complete with a diving board and huge area to relax. If there are any music enthusiasts there is also a grand piano attached to the Villa room. We didn't dare play it as we aren't skilled enough, but it's an excellent touch for those who are able. Our host was really helpful and even woke up earlier than normal to brew us a pot of coffee for our early flight from Palermo - London. We only managed to stay here for one night, but if we ever travel back to Sicily this will be the first place we check. Absolutely beautiful place, couldn't find any faults whatsoever.

The parking was challenging with multiple cars and very few places but this is an extremely small factor and this was managed mostly by the property.

Easy access with a car, nice garden, and pool. Nonno Sergio was great and cooked us a great dinner.

Downstairs room had a weird smell.

Very nice bed and breakfast, with a friendly and welcoming owner. For us the last two days of our holiday. We liked the atmosphere of the place, it's a view in the past, but that's fits Sicily perfectly. Nice meals and good pool as well
