Free parking. Close to Monte Pellegrino, parks and Palazzina Cinese. Nice breakfast. Big room, comfortable garden environment and outdoor cocktail bar which is not overpriced. Dog friendly. Helpful staff (beside one in the breakfast area which proposed non-machine make coffee to everyone except us, perhaps because our Italian wasn’t good enough and he felt shy to speak to us?)

Right next to an event centre, so there could be some noise where there’s an event. Luckily for us it didn’t finish too late. For our room the AC blows directly onto the bed which was a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good and breakfast staff, very kind and helpful especially mr Enrico. The room was clean, good cleaning service everyday.

Was a good value for money, nothing else to say! Expect a 3 stars hotel with a nice perspective of 4.

Great breakfast, everyone can choose. Nice garden inside. The bathroom is quite spacious, with shampoo and soap. Location is quiet, it's about 3 km on foot from the Mondello beach, but far from the city center.

Economy room - not so attractive, somewhere in the basement, quite dark. Only cold water in the bathroom.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located quite a ways from the city center, but offers a safe parking lot at the entrance to the hotel. There was a neighborhood within a few minutes walk that does have some restaurants and pharmacies, etc. The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful.

We got a room where the door is made of glass and it is the window of the room that did not face the garden, the air conditioner in the room was a little noisy and the service we received from the lady at the reception was not good.

Breakfast was really good. The location made it easy to find parking spots and it's relatively close to both the center of the city and the beach.

Room had mold and dead mosquito marks everywhere. Also the bathroom is too small for the price we paid

The breakfast was really good, we were especially pleased with the offer of traditional Sicilian food/desserts. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I'm a returning customer. Always very happy to stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly, rooms are nice and location is perfect for us because it is near the tennis club where we train.

No WIFI in our room. The signal was too low and we only had signal by the front door. This made it difficult especially with young kids. I had specifically asked for a room with good wifi reception.

The place has an Amazing Garden. The Roms are Really Nice, confortable facing the Garden. The Check in is easy and the staff is hellpeful, Professional and really Nice. Its a bit out of the históric center, but easy to reach by car.
