The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect- within a 15 minute walk of all the major sights and really close to some amazing restaurants and bars. It’s on a quiet side street with great soundproofing so was really peaceful. Silvia was such a lovely host- so helpful- lots of suggestions about what to do and some great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was really good- savoury options as well as delicious homemade cakes every morning.

The photos make the apartment look bigger than it is and they have replaced the sofa with 2 single beds so it wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Still plenty of space though. Bathroom was quite tired and could do with being renovated.

We spent one night at this hotel and we liked it very much. Despite the location being close to one of the busy traffic streets of Palermo, the hotel is far enough to not be disturbed by it. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side, but still practical. The location is excellent, very close to most of Palermo's attractions. The staff are very kind and prompt in communicating. The breakfast was good.

There was nothing we disliked.

Excellent communication from our host before arrival at the property and throughout our stay. Silvia was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was a really good size and was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with a great variety of choices. Excellent location, right in the heart of the city and near to most tourist attractions. Despite this, the actual accommodation was very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing we didn't like - all good

The location is very central but in a quiet road parallel to the main road and therefore not noisy. There are few rooms only but the location is very nice and charming and the rooms are large. We stayed there with two children and it was enough space. From there you can easily walk the city of Palermo. Owner took care very well and always answered via whatts app quickly. When we arrived on a hot day a bottle of water was there which was appreciated and air condition was also available,

The fridge in the room was quite noisy during the night from time to time but we switched it off. The rest was great.

From the first moment of the welcoming til the end , the owner Silvia and the receptionist Ilaria made our stay outstanding.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, just a stone's throw away from the city center. Silvia was extremely kind and helpful, and went out of her way to provide us with all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Homemade cakes were delicious too! :)

Silvia was super quick to respond to my too many questions and requests, and was always friendly and patient regardless of the time of the day. She helped with booking parking for the car as it’s almost impossible to find parking in the street. Per my request for gluten free breakfast she provided the amount of options that I’ve never seen before))) Thank you, Silvia! The room was spotless clean and comfortable, and the soundproof was really good. We couldn’t have hoped for a better stay!

Everything was perfect!

Extremely well-organized check-in and the support from the staff was exceptional. They went our of their ways to accomodate our check-out needs and were generally super kind. The building we stayed in was nicely redone and the interior, as well as the room tastefully decorated, impeccably clean. The location is also great, only few mins walk to Teatro Massimo and short distance to other main attractions. Would stay again next time in Palermo.

Our host Sylvia was wonderful. She made us feel like one of the family and was always very helpful when looking for advice. The breakfast was amazing with homemade cakes and a terrific choice. The accommodation was very central for all the main tourist attractions.

Silvia was very helpful with pre-arrival advice, parking etc. We were offered an upgrade and having spent the previous 3 nights on rock hard mattresses and pillows like bales of straw, it was a real pleasure to have a good memory foam mattress and nice pillows. The location was great - easy to access all the sights of Palermo.

The only slight downside was that motor cyclists use the roads in the area as racing tracks at night. A bit annoying.
