Hotel Villa Groff

We stayed at the Villa Groff over the Easter weekend and they really helped to make it memorable starting with a special Easter dinner menu and drinks to an Easter surprise for breakfast. It really felt like a home away from home. Rooms had everything we were looking for and had a great size. Connection to the main road was fantastic and it is an ideal base to travel to Merano, Bozen, Brixen and the Dolomites. Breakfast was fantastic and everyone was super friendly.

Even though daily dinner menus were usually great some dishes were a bid bland, but nothing that cannot be fixed and really some minor feedback.

Super friendly staff. Nice facilities (for a 3 star hotel they were in the upper end), nice food and breakfast. Enjoyed the open yakuzi , unfortunately I arrived late but there is also a nice small pool and relax area in the garden if you want to. The hotel also provides with a day pass for public transportation and bike rental included, that can be handy!

The Hotel is very beautiful! we were there at Christmas time and its very beautiful decorated! the breakfast is delicious, you have a rich selection of food. the room was clean, and the staff were very kind! defiantly recommend this hotel! thank you Hotel Villa Groff !

Breakfast was awesome and the exterior of the villa was very nicely styled. The rooms give a comfortable feeling. Breakfast was awesome and slightly different from what you usually see everywhere (in a positive way).

After we returned from dinner, we discovered that ants had entered one of the rooms. However: the hotel took care of it immediately, offered our friends a new room, and also a free drink. Can't blame the hotel for this, we think, but we can appreciate their recovery efforts. Personally didn't like their orange-rosmary water, but others might.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They tried to make my stay as luxurious as possible. The free bike rental was a bonus as I got to explore the area.

It was very hot so maybe air conditioning in the future. The fan in the room helped.

It was so clean, Nice people, you really experience the family hotel atmosphere. The live music and dinner in the garden was really nice. The owner and staff do anything for the guests. Their is no airco, but they provided a mobile airco for us, which was perfect.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at this wonderful hotel. We had just finished a week of hiking in the Dolomites and made a stop here for a night before driving our rental car back to Verona the next day. It was the perfect place for total relaxation after a big hiking adventure in the mountains. The location was perfect for us as it shortened our drive back to Verona and also with the fantastic view of the mountains while relaxing by the pool. The garden/pool area was gorgeous! And we particularly loved the Jacuzzi and cute little sauna huts. Ive not felt that relaxed in a long time! The room was very comfortable too and was furnished to a very nice modern standard. The staff was really lovely and helpful too. The guy in the reception spoke perfect English and was super accommodating & helpful during our stay. We also got a card from the receptionist that gave us free access to busses in the region and discounts on certain things and tours too. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! Actually we were gutted we only had one night, it was wonderful.

The spa-like offerings were very pleasant and peaceful. Beautiful hot tub, outdoor pool with covering, Infa-red and steam pods were very enjoyable! Additionally the dinner / restaurant and staff were both excellent. Looking forward to our next stay!

Very friendly staff, very good breakfast, great facilities like swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool. But… the road ist a little too closed, so you can hear the cars
