Aer Hotel Malpensa

It's good option to stay for one night before your departure. This hotel offers free airport shuttle (all you need is just call them when you arrive to airport). Our departure was early morning at 6:55. First shuttle in the morning is at 5 o'clock so it was very comfortable for us. We were traveling in Italy by car so we returned car ~at 20 and we used shuttle from airport to hotel also. Staff is friendly and speaks english. Bed was large and good enough. Don't expect too much. Main + is location near airport and free shuttle.

Reception was very friendly and helpful and I could tell he was getting things done. He is always busy at the desk booking on people for airport transport as I came in at 12am and needed to leave at 5am and ga e us the keys to our room as soon as we checked in no messing around. Room was of good standard everything was there hair dryer soap shampoo and a lift/elevator etc. No fan but you can always open the balcony door for cool air and it helped us cool the room. Helpful staff are a conteivuti9factor to the away and the man at reception definitely made me like the hotel just a warm smile and being responsive is all it takes. Hotel was quite busy at mudnifht with some still checking in and some having dinner in the hall or cup of tea. We needed super glue for some repair and asked him.he gave us what he had and it helped. That's what made the stay memorable and the guy who dropped us off at the airport was waiting for us to come down for the airport shuttle and dropped us off at 5am sharp. No messing around with airport drop offs.

It is a bit of a walk from oleggio Station and some Downhill stairs or half ramp half stairs bur part of the experience hey. Really appreciate the hotel staff. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Booked this due to a flight cancellation and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights. Booking was quick and easy and we were able to request the shuttle bus at short notice easily. Good location for airport transit with free shuttle bus. As we had an extra day in Milan we were also able to use the airport shuttle to then take the train from the airport into and return from Milan centre, which saved a lot of money and hassle! Shuttle bus also started early at 5.00am so good for us with an early flight the next day Rooms were big, clean and comfy with good clean bathroom. If you take a 15 minute walk you can be in the small town with a supermarket and delicious gelato shop. The walk is unpaved so caution is needed, but it's very walkable. Being one of the cheaper hotels in Milan it was good value for money and good location for airport transit.

In the beautiful town of Oleggio, took my dog for a walk along the country lanes in the morning and the staff were very friendly. Trattoria down the road serves excellent food.

Room size is big and comfortable especially the big window facing the garden. Some people said the hotel was old but I rather say it is the traditional design of the hotel. Big bed and white linen. Staying here the only reason is the distance to the airport and the free shuttle bus. Make sure you go to exit number 5 in Malpensa and contact the hotel for pick up. Mr. Osa and the driver always are cheerful.

No coffee or tea in room. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. But going there you better have a car which only takes you 3 minutes. Not good by foot as it it's not a good road.

Perfect option if you need to stay a night close to the airport. The price is reasonable: you get a pleasant stay, breakfast and free transfer to and from Airport. The staff is very polite and hospitable. The building and facilities are quite old but it has its ambience and the room was very clean. There is a village 20 min walk from the hotel where you can have dinner but you need to go along the road without pedestrian zone though. We had dinner at La Rosa Dei Venti, and can definitely recommend it. It's also possible to order food in the hotel though, the staff will give you instructions. About transfer: they will pick up at the airport just give them a call. If you go TO the airport there is a schedule, check it at the reception.

Located very close to the airport, it’s the ideal if you need a sleepover before or after a flight. I arrived after midnight so I could take free shuttle, but despite of that the check-in went well, with the receptionist being very kind and available. The room was also pretty and very well cleaned.

I think the hotel would be even better if they could provide the shuttle service even after midnight as there are many night flights landing in Milan. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you had a night flight and want to sleep for a few hours, you may be waken up by the other guests checking out and rushing to take their early morning flight.

Airport shuttle was a wonderful perk. Booked room due to that and other reviews. Harri was most helpful and easy to speak with.. Very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just right, not overwhelming with massive buffet. It had everything but in moderation. I have two additional stays already book for later this month..I liked the informality, location and special added shuttle. Price was great. Originally I had booked another hotel in the area. I cancelled when I was told check in was a hard 4PM and after. No extenuating circumstances. My international flight arrived at 8:30AM. Sorry was what I heard. I cancelled and forfeited their pre-paid fee. They only took cash but I used the card to reserve. How inflexible can you get?

The free shuttle to/from the airport was the decisive element in choosing this hotel and it was very well organised, so that's a mega advantage for customers having to choose between one place or the other. The first impression when I got into reception, unfortunately wasn't a positive one. Nothing wrong with anything. Driver, reception staff were great. It's just that it was too dark and dull and it wasn't at night time. Curtains drawn made it all dark and the impression it gives is not a positive one. Takes nothing to change this. The room was spacious and spotless clean. The bathroom had all I needed. Far too many towels for a single person and just for the night. The bed was very comfortable. A/C wasn't needed but it was working. The mini fridge was unplugged, which shouldn't be. Even when I plugged it in, it wasn't reaching a cooling temperature. There were two bottles of water in the fridge. One was a sealed sparkling one and the other was a re-use bottle, which I would not dream of drinking from. That is totally unsafe from a health&safety point of view. I am not complaining just for the sake of it. I travel a lot for work and it really takes nothing to avoid bad first impressions. Which is a pity. I gave nearly the full satisfaction points because all in all it was a great comfortable stay. The reception staff both on arrival and departure were delightful. I would definitely come back to this hotel. The hotel does not provide lunch/dinner, but there's a pizza place/restaurant about 400 meters away. They also have menus to order directly and have food delivered to the hotel.

As mentioned before, the unplugged mini fridge and the re-use bottle in the fridge. Also the darkness of the reception area.

Everything was standard. We just needed to spend a few hours as the flight was very early in the morning. We found some water in the fridge which is always nice.

The double bed didn’t have a double mattress but two single mattresses which was quite uncomfortable. Although that made us laugh, the distance between the bidet and the shower must have been miscalculated and it was impossible to fit your leg in between. Just a couple of single use soap bars provided. The first ride to the airport in the morning was at 5 am which was too late for us so had to leave the hotel earlier than planned to leave the car to our usual parking ppl and then go to the airport.
