Hotel Villa Malpensa

It’s really 5 minutes with the shuttle from the airport, the shuttle is regular and very comfortable. The rooms are of old style with quality wooden furniture, however, the bathrooms are renovated, and everything is perfectly clean. The dinner was served even though we arrived at 10.00, and the dishes were in accordance with high Italian standards. And the dining room is really beautiful. We also added breakfast for a small extra fee - and I had the best apple pie in my life. The reception was exceptionally helpful. We had a very pleasant overnight stay and we were in good time back at the airport the next morning.

Location very close to the Malpensa Airport, 2 minute from Terminal 1 with a shuttle service available by request. The Hotel is comfortable for short stays. Didn't get to try the restaurant.

Staff, except the reception, unmemorable and not particularly friendly. As mentioned on others reviews, this hotel, probably due to his location, has a problem with bugs. Our room had a lot of bugs walking around. Not bed bugs, mostly Coccinellidae which are just an annoyance but nonetheless avoidable. If you need an invoice, make sure to request it before you leave at checkout, otherwise they will not send you one after.

Lovely stylish hotel a few minutes by shuttle from the airport. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, very pleasant dining room, open until 10pm which was great for late arrivals. Nice choice of breakfast food. Spacious treed grounds and pool to relax by before ongoing flight. All the staff were great but special mention to the reception man, very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Terrific personal shuttle service with courteous and friendly driver. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here on future trips. Just wish we'd known about this hotel earlier.

nothing about the hotel! a tip for other travelers- my phone international roaming wouldn't work at the airport, it was late , eventually, in frustration I got a taxi. Cost 20 euro. The next day the shuttle driver advised me I could have got through to them on Whats App! I hope this is helpful for others to know

The staff at the desk were exceptionally friendly, helpful and really on top of their game (my son and I needed the shuttle at different times, he wanted breakfast not me, I wanted to pay but not check out etc etc and the guy remembered all that at 4.30am! - Thank you to him!) A really interesting hotel - quite different from standard airport hotels, but I payed about the same price as them. Yes, the evening meal was pricey, but it was fabulous, with wonderful wait staff and dining in a villa experience! I was delighted with the whole experience. The shuttle was on time. It was 26 minutes from the door of the hotel, through security and passport control! That has to be a record. Just don't try to walk to the hotel from the aiport. It's really close but not designed for pedestrians at all.

Location can't be beat if you want to be close to Milan-Malpensa airport! Front desk reception was superb and friendly, airport shuttle was prompt and took the stress out of getting to the airport on time. Room was very clean and spacious, and breakfast was wonderful too. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again.

Nothing I didn't like.

shuttle was so convenient and right there when we needed it. So close to airport. The staff was amazing. Grounds were beautiful. Rooms were nice and clean, beds very comfortable.

We were a bit disappointed with the food in the small / bar area, we had a quick bite shortly after we arrived and it was def not what we expected for italy. I ordered the small pizza it was definitely not like we had on our trip it was almost as if it was a frozen pizza and my husband order veal cutlet with potatoes and the cutlet was same as if it was prepackaged and then microwaved the potatoes were good though. The dinner in the main restaurant was much better but again not up to par for italy from what we compared to on our trip. The staff and service was great. Breakfast in the morning was good.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was quiet and easy to make dark. It is just a few minutes from the airport, but the noise did not disturb us. (I am a very light sleeper.) The buffet breakfast was very nice with plenty of options, good coffee and hot milk. The breakfast staff and the morning receptionist were very helpful, cheerful and obliging.

It was a shame that the man on reception, the barman and one of the men doing the shuttle service were not very polite. They seemed bored and irritated, so took opportunities to be snappy or unaccommodating. They didn’t need to be rude; we weren’t asking for anything they couldn’t manage.

The location was great since we were heading to the airport the next morning. Everything was well kept and clean. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Weather was not great so we did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice.

Shuttle was great but they charged us for the shuttle which I on website said it was free, when asked they said it was because we booked on booking.com. Room was hot and could not figure out how to get air working using the thermostat. Turns out someone shut off the AC on the unit itself so the thermostat was not working.

Profesional stuff who really cares about you. Early breakfast 5 am Pick up shuttle from terminal 1 to the hotel Just perfect!!!!!! No need to drive at night. Save your energy

Our room was awesome, so big and comfortable it felt very luxurious. I believe it was the junior suit. We had a massive deck off our room, which was so nice to sit in at night. Everything felt clean and well maintained. There were robes and slippers, a mini bar, and a huge bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and feels almost out of place being so close to an airport. The bar and bar man were awesome. He ever made me a custom drink as I didn't like anything in the menu, and it was delicious! The pick up and drop off service from the airport is so convenient and affordable. Best airport hotel we have ever stayed in.

The food at the hotel didn't quite meet our expectations, it was rather expensive for the quality. We had really chewey roast beef. The desert was nice. The breakfast was supposed to start at 5am and when we went down at 5am there was only basic cereals and pastry available. Luckily due to this we were not expected to pay the full buffet price.
