Great location. Nice apartment. Clean. Perfect for a person travelling alone.

Slow communication / response with owner/reception. Front door was often left open by guests which guaranteed free access to the property for anyone and created insecurity

The accommodation had an excellent location in the center of the city, with nice and modern interior, and spacious rooms. The main entrance of the building is fancy, the rooms and the neighborhood were clean and quiet.

I missed some equipments: micro, clothesline, and dishwasher. Also, one of our bedrooms faced a street where the waste was collected at 4:45am every day.

If you are visiting the old town of Olbia, then the Residenze del Centro is ideally located in the heart of everything. The Accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had booked a room with a Terrace, which was lovely, but there was only one chair outside!! Overall, a pleasant stay

Clean apartment. A short walk away from all the fabulous restaurants. There was a small problem with the bathroom sink when we notified them it was immediately dealt with.

Need for an electric kettle and due to dietary reasons a few more utensils would be helpful.

The property was in an excellent position, very close to the lively area of town lots of good restaurants close

There was nothing about the property to dislike except the condition of the plants which look beautiful in the advert but are dead in real life

We got the room at a really reduced rate so it was good value. Location was excellent, host allowed early check in as room was ready, convenient collection and return of key.

The toilet cover was broken and it ran noisily all night. A kettle and toaster would have been nice.

The apartment is nicely located and the Terrace was a highlight! The communication beforehand worked ok. All in all a good place to stay in Olbia.

The pricing is a bit high for an apartment. We didn't get any details on how to get the key until we were in front of the door. Could have been done earlier. Also the payment details were not clear: The amount was taken off the credit card that was used to secure the booking, although the confirmation stated that no payment in advance was necessary

The location was great. Close to the train station. The owner was very helpful, even offered to take me to the station. The girls that cleaned were wonderful.

The time to check in, but they changed it so I could go earlier.

Albeit that Management was to be in attendance daily at 4pm we did not see anyone in 3 days! We had problems with coffee machine and power points.

Great location, spacious apartment, two air conditions, very clean & modern interior in the heart of the old town. But quite location so no noise disturbances during the night - a rare find in Olbia city center.
