previously prepared pina colada could not be repeatedly prepared by other staff members. even though there is a/c control panel, you cannot always control it(sometimes you can). It looks like the main panel overrides all the settings, which is controlled from the reception, but it was in operation, so no big complaint. some views around are not the best, to say the least, construction or whatever leftovers there are, but not a big deal.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Jazz Hotel for the third time during our visits to Olbia, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Jazz Hotel has become our go-to accommodation due to its unbeatable proximity to the Olbia Airport, which is incredibly convenient when starting or ending our trips to Sardinia. One of the standout features of Jazz Hotel is its convenient location near car rental services and supermarkets. This makes it incredibly easy for travelers to pick up a rental vehicle and stock up on any essentials before embarking on their Sardinian adventure. We found this aspect particularly useful, as it saved us time and allowed us to smoothly transition into our vacation. The staff at Jazz Hotel truly made our stay memorable. Alessio, the friendly and kind-hearted individual at the front desk reception, deserves special mention. Alessio's warm welcome and excellent command of English made the check-in process a breeze. He was always available to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had during our stay, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and elegant aesthetic that adds to the overall ambiance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness, as it truly made us feel at home away from home. The breakfast offered at Jazz Hotel is a delightful experience. The buffet spread features a wide variety of options, catering to different dietary preferences and ensuring that every guest finds something to enjoy. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff members were always on hand to replenish items and provide assistance. Jazz Hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction is evident throughout the entire property.

The rooms are large and clean, the staff very kind/competent, and the restaurant Bacchus is really up to its reputation (very good). Value for money is excellent for the services and FFE of the property. In front of the hotel, you can find any store you need (electronics, pet store, cosmetics, hypermarket). The area is safe, considering it's walking distance from the Italian Military Police HQ (Carabinieri) in Olbia. If you don't want to dine at the hotel, you can walk to a fast-casual restaurant, Doppio Malto, located 100 mt in front of the hotels.

We booked two rooms for four nights through Bringfido.com, and they offered rooms accommodating multiple large dogs (max 2) for each room. Once we returned (3 days later) and booked directly through the hotel website, we were told at check-in they do not accept dogs over 10 kg, and we won't be able to book again. We said to them; it's not a worry. We will reserve at Mercure or Hilton next time, but they did not seem to care about losing valuable customers. What is curious enough is that the hotel has two rooms on the 1st floor (120 & 121, where we stayed on our second stay), which are far from any other room on the floor, and while our dogs do not bark or mess around, they could eventually allocate it to large-size dogs as they did with us. Isn't a 10kg policy max DOG body shaming?

Really a nice hotel. Nice on premises restaurant and excellent room service. You can walk to and from the airport. Stayed here twice within a week.

The air conditioning was not acceptable. Difficult to sleep warm. You cannot get to town without a car or taxi. Once in town there are no taxi’s to bring you back. Tried to leave some luggage with them for a few days until we returned for our second day and they wanted $10.00 a day for each bag. Other hotels did for us free. After we complained about the ac they offered to drop the charge but we had to take the bags with us because we were leaving the moment they made the offer.

Beautiful and well maintained. You cannot get any closer to the airport, WALK there in 15 mins! The soundproofing is exceptional as well as darkening panels for complete restful sleep. Beautiful pool and property. On site gourmet restaurant noted by Michelin for 2023. Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed/room. Excellent breakfast.

the ONLY thing I would complain about is the guests who “save” loungers at the pool. I know this is a problem in a lot of place, but there are more and more hotels who won’t allow this anymore. If towels are left on loungers with no one using them for more than an hour, they take them away. That is the fair way to handle this problem.

This was a nice hotel, located very close to the airport and with an excellent restaurant. It was clean and modern with a good bathroom. The restaurant was the biggest surprise - really worth booking for.

The air conditioning in the room was poor. We complained about it and it continued to be poor. The controls were obviously held centrally so nothing we did made any difference. The contrast between the hot room and the cool lobby was particularly annoying, suggesting that the hotel was deliberately maintaining the impression of coolness when guests walked in, and then once they had committed to staying, leaving them to suffer. Opening windows was not an option since we were on the ground floor. Note lots of other people complaining about the same thing.

Breakfast is incredible with so much variety, it's difficult to make yourself stop eating. The level of service provided by everyone at the hotel is fantastic. We stayed in room 310, which is spacious and clean, with the most amazingly comfortable bed. There's a fridge in the room that is stocked every day (for a small fee), along with complimentary bathrobes, and toiletries. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The hotel location didn't spoil our holiday at all, but be aware Olbia is about a 30 minute stroll, and I would recommend a hire car for exploring the island fully.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even made us laugh (thank you Alessio!) The room was clean and cosy, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with vitalising but not too intense beauty and hygiene products. We enjoyed the wide selection of fresh fruit, cheeses, cold cuts, bread, yoghurts and lots of other delicious options for breakfast. It is only a 10-minute-walk from the airport. Thanks to the excellent insulation, we didn't hear any noise.

Unfortunately, we had a room without ventilation in the bathroom or air conditioning. And I would have preferred two smaller blankets instead of a single bigger one, although that's a personal preference, I guess.

The staff was lovely! Helpful, professional, efficient and service with a real smile. The location was very good. Close to the airport and close to Olbia town, beaches etc. Very easy to access. Big garage. Amazing rooms. Swimming pool, relax centre with hamman, gym… close to shops if needed… and the hotel hosts an exceptional restaurant, the Bacchus ristorante. The menu de degustation I had was absolutely 10 out of 10!!! Might not be a hotel with views as it is located in the shopping area just outside the airport but it is pretty calm and close to everything.
