Villa Michelangelo

The hotel is built in a peaceful green area, we had an amazing view and we could also see a part of mount Etna from our balcony. The indoors of the hotel are very modern and the hotel was very clean even the rooms. The restaurant food was very good especially the gnocchi with pistachio for us it was a 5-star plate. For Animal lovers there were also very cute and friendly cats in the outdoors, anyways I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

We liked everything but we think that the breakfast needs a little bit of improvement, for example, we were a group of 10 people and us Maltese we eat a lot so when the ham was finished they didn't add more so other hotel guests had no ham for their breakfast. Also if during breakfast they can add bacon and sausages that would be excellent.

Waking up with a view of the Etna was definitely the most amazing way to start our holiday in Sicily. We had a cute little room, the breakfast was delicious and we also had the possibility to join in for Easter Lunch, which was excellent.

The room was very nice, however, I did not feel like to newest place in bits. It definitely was to a very good standard but it did show a bit of age.

We stayed here ahead of our visit to Mount Etna. The staff were very friendly. The room was not much to look at, but it was very comfortable and extremely spacious. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked very nice and well maintained.

We wanted to have an early night to be well rested for our ascent of Mount Etna, but the lights on the balcony are centrally regulated and only shut off after 11 PM. This meant that the room was far too bright to sleep. The hotel was nearly empty, which, given its size, made it feel a little bit like a ghost hotel. The hotel seems to have been designed by someone with a love for kitsch. Lots of gold and zebra prints. The breakfast was very disappointing.

The view of the volcano was spectacular. The place is quite large, with a huge pool and patio deck. There is a pool bar and another space for lounging. The breakfast was extra good with a varied display of food. The cappuccino was tasty. The dinner was interesting.

Renovations and painting were going on. The lift was not operational when we arrived. We had to climb stairs. Not a big deal. Renovations are a good thing and only give you additional stars.

The pool and scenery are amazing, the breakfast is delicious and the staff are totally helpful and wonderful

Kitchen opens only from 7.30pm. Not up to date information on Etna accessibility after recent storm (no option to ski which was our major aim of travel).

We stayed 4 night in this hotel in April, The room for 4 wasn't so big but it had the attick for the kids and very nice view . Breakfast was ok and the outside area is very nice. Fresh air from nearby mountain. travel by car is a must if you plan to see the surrundings.

Comfortable spacious room overlooking the pool & with a balcony & good views. Staff were helpful.

Initially I was given a small room with small high windows & no view. Staff were happy to give me another room though.

The place is nice, clean and very good continental breakfast plus very friendly staff
