Hotel Midtown Milano

PERSONEL: Both of the receptionist were super friendly and very helpful. They let me leave my bags not only before my check-in but also the day of the check-out in the main reception room as long as i needed to. BREAKFEST: You get one croisant and tea or juice for breakfast which doesnt sound like much but it's a nice bonus and the croisant was actually very very good, so overall a nice start to the day. ROOM: I had a small room which had a shower straight next to the bed. Everything was clean and nice.

ROOM: the showerhead in my room did not work very well, because it was quite calcified. The shared shower worked wll though.

The location of the hostel is perfect, very close to the center. There is a metro station not far and a tram station just nearby. The receptionist were very nice, polite and helpful. They even offer a small breakfast for free, that include coffee, tea and some snacks. The dorms are cozy and big, you have enough place to move there, they provide soap and shampoo, but no personal towels.

Its a bit noisy, cause the walls are too thick. You have to go through a constructions, so it can be a bit scary for a women alone. And the shower could be more cleaner.

We stayed for four nights in this hotel. Everything was perfect starting from the staff who welcomed us warmly and helped us with any questions we had. They even transferred us from smaller room with shared bathroom (that we originaly reserved) to a bigger double room with private bathroom. Room was spacious and clean. They provide us free breakfast that was really a nice gesture. A cup of coffee, some juice and 🥐 enough for the price we paid for. Overall we would definitely come again!

Lovely downtown location near all scenic spots, even walkable from Duomo or Porta Venezia metro stations (20 min by feet) ...Supermarkets & cozy MacDo right nearby - which is perfectly convenient... In terms of a low price paid - comfy clean beds & linen, excellent restroom, literally the best Milanese morning coffee included in the price ☕👌 Administrator/manager Alex was extremely polite and helpful 👏 ...The stay definitely exceeded expectations 🌹

The fact that there was a 24 hour person at the desk was very important as our flight arrived in Milan near midnight. The bed was comfortable

There are extensive renovations underway so arriving in the dark and finding our way through tge scaffolding felt a little like we were at an escape room. Of course this will be over when complete and most people probably arrive when it’s light! It was a bit confronting sharing the toilet.

We really appreciated the receptionist's help (the night shift). He booked us a taxi at 5 am and was ready to help us with everything we asked. The room was clean. The distance from Duomo and Milano central Station was fairly reasonable and you could get there with tram. Considering other hotel's prices we found this hotel reasonable. It is a very simple hotel, but clean. The staff service was very good. The price in relevance with the location and in comparison with other hotels was ok.

Great place for a night or two while visiting Milan, good location, not far from the center, many buses and trams nearby. Great service, we were offered a free breakfast (croissant with coffee). Clean rooms with fresh towels.

Veeery squeaky doors in the hallway, every single opening will wake you up if your room is anywhere near them. It only requires some WD40.

nice place, quiet and clean, have free lockers, towels , shampoo and other basic shower thighs. At morning they make free coffee and croissants ))) It's good location, safe area. and very kind people working there, feel very welcome and comfortable. For this price perfect solution

Great location, friendly staff and amazing pistachio croissants +coffee and some other free breakfast options.

The only thing is that, if you are at the beginning of the corridor (we were room n:2) , it can get quite loud once the other guests start going in and out of the main room. I recommend rooms down the corridor if possible to arrange.

Have in mind that this is a one star hotel so it is easy to be critical about it, but actually, it is good value for the money. Location is good. Half an hour walk to the city center. The bed was clean and sheets were changed regularly. Have in mind also that every time you enter the hotel, you have to ring the bell because you have to pass through the building facing the street and its yard. Too bad I didn't know about free coffee that some reviewers mentioned here.

There were no shower gels or shampoos in the bathroom. The little carpet in the room was in pretty bad shape.
