The night staffs received us very well and provided us with several tips on buses and places we could go. It was extremely helpful. Also, the staff team found and returned one of my gloves at checkout when I asked, not expecting to find it.

The breakfast is simple and there are not many options for those who expect to eat without too many carbohydrates, but the Cappuccino was one of the best I had in Milan.

it’s just next to tram station and could reach by Metro. Room was small but very clean. nice small toilet. front office staff are very helpful and friendly. They gave me one of their mobile charging cable as I had misplaced mine. They give you advice on site seeing. There is a big supermarket close by.

The Hotels location was great less than 100 metres from tram stop. The Staff were very professional & polite not to mention helpful from the day I checked in till the day I checked out. The Hotel was very clean & my room was immaculately clean. I loved the bathroom in my room it was very modern & most off all the fluffy white towels.

I didn't find anything not to like.

The hotel is located an 11 minute walk from Lodi Tibb metro station which offers easy access across Milan. The hotel staff are helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. Norman - Trattoria della Tradizione Milanese restaurant serves excellent quality evening meals and it is conveniently located across the road. This is a good value hotel which provides easy access to the city.

The breakfast was perfectly adequate if you don't want much of a cooked breakfast.

Firstly, the staff here was amazing, I was desperately calling hotels at 3:00 am, in the middle of a thunderstorm, hoping that one of them had a late night check-in, and luckily I stumbled across this Hotel, and a person that actually picked up the phone. I got there soaking wet but was greeted and checked-in in a very friendly way. The room was great, clean, cozy, exactly what you’d expect from a 3-star Hotel, but better.

We had some trouble getting to Milano since our motorcycle broke down a few times. The thing I remember most about this hotel is how friendly the staff was. The man at the desk went out of his way to try and figure out a way for us to get the parts we needed so we could fix the motorcycle. That and he was all up for pointing us in the direction of good food too! Apart from that, we had a fun stay, were actually glad with their system of 'not taking your room key with you when leaving, but leaving it at the desk', we enjoyed taking a shower - makes sense since we'd been on the road for a while and there'd been a heatwave at that time.

The one thing that was kind of annoying is how well we could hear the people in the room next to ours - although I'm pretty sure that was also due to their being generally loud and talking with their door open. I think they had friends/family in another room that they were talking to that way? Either way, it kind of sucked since it ruins things once you pay attention to stuff like that.

The hotel was extremely comfortable, very very clean, staff friendly. The room could have been a bit bigger but we liked it very much. The rich choice of the Breakfast Buffet was very much enjoyed. We found the situation of the hotel a bit challenging,it was a long way from the dome, transport facilities could have been better. There were no nice places to eat near the hotel apart from pizza places.

Staff were very informative and accommodating with all requests, enjoyable lounge area where you could enjoy a drink, tram right outside which took you straight to the Duomo and Santa Maria delle Grazie for Da Vinci's Last Supper, great restaurants across the road. Room itself had all you needed.

Was a little noisy when there was activity from the neighbours but nothing major.

Staff are extremely friendly and are happy to provide a map and recommendations for things to visit in Milan. Hotel is very nice and facilities are good. Close to a metro stop which is on the direct line to duomo (where the Cathedral is).

Only two negatives. First, which the hotel can't control, is the building work across the road, but this only started at about 10am and was not a problem for us. Second, the cleaning staff left our room ajar; we did tell the staff, but the specific one on the desk did not seem to concerned (perhaps considering that you leave your card at the hotel which is very handy).

The hotel is in a quiet area outside the center, but is well connected to the city center by public transportation. There is a supermarket nearby. The room is small, but cozy. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, everything is very clean and the staff are always smiling and happy to help. I would definitely stay there again!
