Mareneve Resort

Comfortable and clean room with good lighting, outlets, spacious, balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking Etna (requested), Comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Breakfast was extensive and delicious with fresh pastries and sweet and salty options. Bar on site. Restaurant on the property for dinner was good. Spa treatment on site, 50 min massage was good and a good value. Located about 30 min drive from Taormina. Property is in the country, and quiet. Parking was free across the street. Close to wineries. Staff was helpful and available when needed.

The hallway that our room was in was poorly lit. Bathroom sink was odd and splashed on us when using it. Otherwise, everything was great & nothing we didn't like.

The Hotel is located in a very quite area, although in a main road . Views of Mount Etna from our balcony. The Beds were super comfy. Very clean rooms . The Restaurant serves really delicious dinner and and abundant breakfast . For a 4 * Hotel, the price was very reasonable. The only thing is that we only spent 1 night in it.

Parking inside was a bit tight, especially for us as we had a big car, but we still managed to fit in. There is also another parking just across the street,

The staff is excellent, extremely kind and available. The resort is great, the rooms comfortable and clean. Appreciated so much the two hot tubs in the garden, so clean and pleasant! The location is great, quiet and peaceful. Covid measures were respected. Definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back. Ottimo lavoro!

Only two small remarks. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional (I would improve the coffee and the cappuccini). And the headstand of the bed could be ‘renewed’. Nothing too relevant though

Great location with excellent view of mount etna. Very smart hotel with plenty of facilities. The staff were very friendly and professional.

High-Quality Breakfast, the kindness of the staff, the room was pretty large. The average rooms that you can find in other locations are smaller. The position of the resort allows reaching easily many places. Obviously a car is necessary

I would prefer a "rectangular" bed and mattress but you can survive :)

- excellent bed - friendly hostess - various restaurants in the neighborhood - free parking - after noticing a problem with the sink we immediately got a new room

- we chose this resort because of the spa and we knew about an additional cost to use it. However, the additional cost was ridiculous. Price of 1 night incl. Breakfast was €65 for two persons. To use the spa for only 1 hr we had to pay 40 euro extra (!). Completely out of proportion - “private” parking meant parking across the street, unsecured - the look and feel of the hotel was outdated & not very cosy

- The single bed was not as comfortable as the double bed

Nice clean rooms and lovely view of Mount Etna. The staff were very friendly.

Shower was broken in room and Hot Tub was cold first night. Parking under hotel was very tight. Needed to drive town and the restaurant next to hotel had limited choices.

Clean and functional. Showers were a bit small as is common in Europe, and soap bars are small.

The shower could be bigger, and bigger soap bars.

Locating near good wineries. Restaurant, jacuzzi, free parking. We received a free room upgrade which was very nice
