The owner - Samuel rang me on the morning of our check in to advise me that due to pluming problems with my room, he could only book me into another B&B, Palazzo Colombo in the old town which was stunning. We had the best room - a junior suite with a view of the sea and right next to Gallipoli Castle. The room was huge with an amazingly comfortable and large bed and a balcony to sit out on. All detail of facilities were catered for down to a full mini bar, crystal drinking glassed, night gowns and a fab power shower- towels and toiletries' etc. We had a lovely breakfast in their sister B&B - just 5 minutes walk - Palazzo Presto - on the roof. Choice of cooked and cold buffet - all was delicious and plentiful. Staff service was amazing - especially Samuel who was a genuinely lovely person to meet. Thank you to all at both venues for a wonderful experience. I would definately book Palazzo Colombo to stay at again!!!

The hotel is in a great location, just walking distance from the old town. Check in was made super easy and we got great instructions for where to park our car. We absolutely loved the rooftop terrace and the breakfast there.

The windows are quite old therefore do not insulate well against the noises from the street, which meant that we woke up every morning at 7.30 am to some construction works a street away. The bed was too soft for our liking.

location was perfect to visit both the beach and the city center on foot. staff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Overall was a great stay with good money value relationship

Excellent location within a few walking minutes from the old city center. Beautiful terrace available. Self check-in and nearby free parking spots to be included on the advantages list this accommodation comes with.

Easy self check-in and check-out. Great location with easy access to old town Gallipoli and many restaurants nearby. Convenient parking on street just below the B&B. The room was clean and bright and the views were beautiful. The breakfast was also pretty good. It's a great value.

Perfect place and very recommended. location was very central, room was nice ,clean and big size. bUT...the big surprise was the breakfast on the roof top. awesome-we wont forget it.

no elevator- we needed to grab our bags with many stairs. no convenient parking nearby.

Rasita is extremely customer-friendly. She has provided us with extensive tips and made an effort to honor our requests; that was more than worth climbing the 75 steps. Rasita’s cappuccinos are delicious. The room is beautifully decorated and wonderfully clean. The view is really fantastic and with the shutters closed we did not hear anything from outside. The view from the roof terrace is also unique.

Perhaps it would help if different check-in times in the low season are mentioned separately on the site. The breakfast room inside is a bit on the small side, especially during the current COVID-19 period. We parked our car at the end of the street diagonally opposite the station. When we got back to our car, a hubcap was missing and a tire was almost empty. It goes without saying that B&B Ghalà is not liable for this, but it might be good to keep this in mind.

We stayed in the Red room, the view was on the street side. The room and bathroom are very clean. It's located on the 3rd floor, for us the stairs wasn't a problem but for older people could be. Breakfast is ok, nothing special but coffee is good. Thanks to the administrator Rasita, she was very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast is the same everyday and not very big choice. If you stay 1-2 days it's ok but if you stay longer it's not enough. The room is about 10-15 minutes walking from the old town, it was ok for us but if you don't like to walk a lot maybe the location isn't perfect for you.

Eventough we had a problem with our B and B they offered us immediately an upgrade to a Hotel. super friendly personal and the accommodation was in the middle of the center. We had a very nice stay.

We stayed in the green room with a nice view on the city and sea. It was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Especially the bed. Shower was just perfect. Close to the old Town and a really nice Gelateria! The breakfast on the roof top terrace was a great place to be. Ask for a panini and cappucino- perfect start for a relaxed day:-) Definitely a 10 of 10

Actually nothing. A kettle in the rooms would be a nice add-on!
