The MD house was excellent. It's in a great location the people are friendly. The market is across the street with fresh foods, and one of the best restaurants in Civitavecchia, Sara Maria, is across the street. An amazing little house with great people. Diego and his wife are the best at cleaning up and making sure that you are comfortable.

I didn't like my shower smaller circumference, but did the job😶

Proprietor was a lovely lady. English was limited, but a little effort payed off, we had a very good time. Diego her helper was very helpful and nice. Location very nice with many restaurants, cafes around the corner.

A little bit hard to find. It’s not a hotel as I thought, it’s rooms in a spacious apartment. No air conditioning, but as evening arrived it cooled down and became very comfortable.

My stay was fantastic. Diego was amazing, showed us around. Made sure I was comfortable. I recommend MD House especially for cruisers. It’s a walking distance from the port.

The location was perfect, everything we needed was close by. Diego and Roberta were very accommodating and very nice.

The pillows were a little lumpy.

The hosts are a plesant, and a very helpful couple. Diego was there to receive us, carried our 4 heavy bags to the second floor as the lift wasn't working.And brought them all down the next day too. He was very helpful and went out of his way and dropped us to the port.

There,s nothing that we didn't like but would like future guests to note- They speak only Italian so keep your Google translate ready. Internet was off on that day and our data was working very erratically due to connectivity issues in the apartment. The kitchen is not functional. There was no water in the kitchen tap,the gas connection is not working. There is a huge fridge that works but the oven is not connected. So there is no way that one can heat food. No cutlery too. They said that it's a B &B that's why the kitchen is not functioning. There was a coffee maker but no electric kettle. But they promptly got us a kettle and some disposable cutlery. There are 3 bedrooms which are let out to different guests with attached bathrooms but the kitchen and living room area is common to all three. Only one door in the balcony opens so can't take the chairs out to sit. The breakfast comprises of Croissant and biscuits.

This property has a shared common area with access to your own ensuite . It has no air conditioning & little to no access to any cups , glasses etc. The common area was nice , however individual rooms & facilities required maintenance . Breakfast provided was not great as it was biscuits & stale croissants.
