They went out of their way to have a room ready for us, unfortunately we booked a 2 bedroom and the room given was a one bedroom with a sofa bed, the sofa bed was not going to be comfortable and meant that area could not be used by the 4 of us. The washing machine the front door was missing, the kettle did not work. No microwave. Went down and reported and we were moved a suitable room for the 4 of us. The hotel staff are very good, shuttle from cruise ship to hotel and hotel to airport was great. Nothing really close by, but was good for the one night off the ship. Breakfast not much choice, but nice.

Maintenance needs to be improved. Towelling was thin.

It"s a charming little hotel off the beaten path in this busy port town. It's just what we needed. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and eager to please. It's a family run business and the care they gave to make sure our stay was pleasant was priceless. We had a party of 20 and we all loved it. Basic needs are close by and the wild open air markets was a short walk away. We went swimming and shopping and ate many awesome foods prior to our cruise. Train to Rome was easy. I could talk for days.

I wish I could have stayed longer. I felt like I belonged there.

I was a bit late for check in but the receptionist was very kind to accommodate my husband first so he can settle in the room. I arrived almost 2am! The place was quiet and clean breakfast was average but the coffee was great!

The place is quite far from Rome and has a limited transportation during late at night going to the hotel so I took taxi cab that cost me more than the room price. But all in all the hotel is a great place to stay for a night!

We've stayed here three times in the last few years before our cruises started. This time, we booked two nights to ensure that we'd be there for the sailing. Their staff is always very accommodating. Our double room had one large bed and a twin as well. It had plenty of space for the two of us. Breakfast was excellent (especially the cappuccinos). Pizzaria lo Zodiac is right down the street where you tell them how much you want, they cut it off with scissors, weigh it and you pay by the gram. We did take-out and brought it back to the room. There's also a small grocery store nearby where we bought beer and wine. It's a bit of a walk downhill to the waterfront and might take 15-20 minutes each way. We reserved a pickup with the hotel from the FCO airport (for 120 Euro in cash). It took a long time to get through passport control, but the driver was still waiting with a sign with our name after we got outside the terminal. He knew exactly where the hotel was located so we got there quickly. We also paid for their shuttle to bring us to the pier for our cruise. It's a good option for people doing what we did.

The mattresses could be firmer.

It was clean and we really enjoyed the facilities. The breakfast was great. It was a good location for an overnight stay prior to a cruise. Transportation from the hotel to the cruise terminal was very reasonable in price.

The neighbourhood was not the best as it appeared a little rundown. There were few restaurants in the immediate area. It was difficult to find a small store in the area to purchase small items for snacks and other items.

Staff- terrific. We got stuck out late because we went into Rome and didn't factor in the travel time back so got back after midnight, and the lovely staff came and opened up for us with a smile on his face. Really lovely staff who were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast-great. A good selection to cater for all tastes, Coffee was great too. The kitchen was a bonus. It was a nice clean and quiet neighbourhood. Supermarket just a few steps down the road where you could get fresh mozzarella and tomatoes to make your own quick and easy lunch if you felt like it. Really appreciate that they have a shuttle bus for us on the morning of the cruise that took us right up to the departure terminal. 30 Euro for 4 people with 4 big suitcases might seem a lot for a fairly short distance but for the convenience of being dropped right outside the departure terminal was totally worth it.

Air conditioning and WIFI were very poor indeed. It was cooler outside than inside most times. Not very good for summer. The floor in our room was actually hot in places, seemed to be heated from the floor below, I'm not sure why. It was disappointing that there were no glasses for our drinks. Also there wasn't any dishwashing liquid or sponge provided in the kitchenette- we had to ask - I feel it should be available since we'd like to wash our dishes between uses. There were 2x TVS - 1 i each bedroom but neither of them worked, even after they tried to re-program them. The double bed in the main room (we were on the top floor deluxe double room) was soft and tilted to the middle so we both ended up in the middle, so it was a bit uncomfortable.

This was the perfect place to stay before boarding our cruise to Lisbon from Civitivecchia, the cruise port for Rome. It was cozy and quaint, very moderate old world Italian with friendly and accommodating staff. They also owned a wonderful, reasonably priced Italian restaurant and provided shuttle service for dinner. Dinner was amazing. A lovely breakfast was included the next morning as was shuttle service to the cruise port for a minimal charge. For the low cost, $80 per night, it was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Large modern-layout room. Mini fridge, nice bathroom, good WiFi. Breakfast was pleasant & copious, staff were helpful.. Range of shops within walking distance, with local Pizzeria serving 'by the kilo !' - lo Zodiaco Di Mauro Luciano. Parking out front - luck of the draw, but hardware shop opposite useful.

Kettle would be nice. Drying line missing, otherwise 👍

It was fantastic that all 6 of us in our family could stay together in the very clean family room. Very handy to have a kitchenette in the room. The staff were excellent, and the van pick ups from the airport and then from the hotel to the cruise terminal worked so smoothly!

it would have been helpful to have had tissue and shampoo + conditioner in the bathroom.

Booked a one night stay before a cruise from the port. The hotel was perfect for this. They also offer a transit direct to the ship if required. Staff were great, breakfast was OK. A short walk to the beach was nice, and the beach area itself was quite engaging

Bathroom was a little tired, but for us, it really was not a problem.
