Beautiful setting high up on the mountain above Cefalu. Amazing facilities (especially the pool) so the whole family could relax. Very friendly staff who were always more than happy to help. Wonderful atmosphere as it's a small hotel with a boutique yet spacious feel so we never felt crowded. Wish our stay could have been longer!

The only criticism was there was no drinking water provided in the room (apart from two bottles at check-in). Given how hot it was during our stay we felt this should have been provided as a complimentary gesture to guests.

Wonderful tranquility surroundings. Infinity pool with great views. Breakfast was fresh and the staff very helpful. Pool bar open until the evening was a bonus.

Nothing to speak of though the kids menu may be helpful if travelling with younger guests. Mind the steep and narrow approach road but don't let this put you off.

The mattresses were too old with a downwards bend at the middle, paper thin walls. Pool policy not for kids. There are three ways up to the hotel. One is fine. The two others are very narrow and bumpy. Call the hotel to get directions.

Spacious rooms with good degree of privacy, really nice and remote location with good views. Super friendly staff.

Pool area flooring needs to be updated as some area loose and panels were causing a trip hazard. Personally the menu in the restaurant wasn’t to our taste and food wasn’t as good as we’d had on the rest of our trip.

The “gourmet” dinner didn’t live up to our “gourmet chef restaurant” standards. The menu was hard to understand and the food wasn’t exceptional.

Wonderful location, resort is situated in cork oaks' forest, all is designed with excellent taste.

Due to corona restrictions couldn't guests touch anything in breakfast bufet, the staff supposed to serve food according to our request. Unfortunately we found the staff without interest and inattentive. Waitresses standing in the corner of the restaurant instead of proactive service.

This place feels like magic, absolutely stunning. Staff is very friendly and everything is nice and clean.

Roads leading to the resort are a bit bumpy.

Lovely place to recover a few days and catch some sun. Good food, very friendly and helpful stuff and nice rooms. … Iwill miss the hungry cat Sirmone! :)

Everything was amazing. The breakfast is delicious, the pool is fantastic, the service is great and everyone is really nice and helpful. The room was perfect and quiet and modern.

Beds could be a bit less hard
