It looks like a magic place, it's relatively hidden, without name on the door and you need a code to pass the door.. my daughters enjoy the magic of the open doors with a code.. it is an easy welcome without physical reception.

Loss of previous communication over the entry to the residence, I was without internet and the residence had no name on the door, just a number. I reached to contact the host by a nearby shop and he explains me that I needed a WiFi networks to see the code to entry..

Nice location, close to Villa Bellini garden. I checked into apartment in the middle of the night. It was easy due to owner's instructions. The room was clean. Also I had access to a private bathroom across corridor with free toiletries, hairdryer etc. All like described. The stuff is very friendly. Thank you.

A kitchen like place (a place with kettle, coffee machine, sink, ) was in an abandoned state. There are a lot cleaning things but not for tea.

Clean, soft design, high baroque ceiling a special feature, comfort of stay, freshness, bathroom facilities, location (3 minutes walk to central Etnea street and beautiful Bellini park) property owner and staff attitude (helpful, responding, my room was cleaned every day, towels refreshed), lovely atmosphere of typical Catania residence, terrace up the building, caffe just across the street with Sicilian specialties open 6am till midnight, staying independent, feeling homelike, full set of towels and bed linen white clean, bed nicely made. I am absolutely happy having had this apartment instead of hotel, it was a great plus to my experience of Catania and sicilian atmosphere. My recommendation with no hesitation! 😊

Happy absolutely everything, perhaps only 2 things I would mention: no WiFi at my time and water in shower draining down slow. However, I guess some things were still in fixing after lockdown

A nice place to stay. A lovely and helpful owner. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The big advantage was the en suit bathroom. Just right in the city centre. It can be easily found. There are lots of cafes around where you can have great breakfast. I do recommend the one which is just opposite the entrance door. Lovely people and reasonably priced great food.

Great location for visit Catania, for eat - great eating terace in front of residence, and great street with lives restaurant verry close. Verry close to Villa Bellini garden and airport bus station. Little common minikitchen for coffee.

Broken toilet.

We stayed only for the evening after the flight, but the guys were very helpful, stayed awake and gave us guidance on parking and getting in the house. The room was amazing, lofty, high cealings, gave the Italian feeling, even if only for a night. The place was very clean and central - was able to reach all great historical places within a 15-20 min walk! Greatly recommend

Good for one night after arriving from airport. The host was very responsive. He did send me the instructions how to do self check in without prepayment. Thank you Gilda for the trust and good accommodation

It was quite cold in apartment as window was open in January

the location is in the center, like 300m walk from hotel to via etna. the beds were comfortable.

the bathroom is dirty, not cleaned properly.

The property is located right in the heart of everything, close to everything. The host was very nice and helpful and prompt all the time.

The mattress of the bad was a little uncomfortable, and there was not too much of natural light in our room

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was private but external however, it didn't bother us at all! The location is perfect as it's very close to restaurants and Via Etnea.
