The guesthouse is located in the town of Castro, which is close to many attractions of the region (Otranto, Lecce, sea coast, etc.) It is located in a modern, nicely decorated villa and has all the amenities necessary during a trip. My room was spacious and the internal bathroom was also spacious and decorated in a modern way. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, mostly sweet with fruits (typically Italian) but with some salty elements (cheese and cold cuts) Coffee was excellent. The host was very friendly and willing to help in any way. I would definitely stay here if needed on my next trip to this region.
Electric kettle in the room could be a good idea.

Friendly host and a comfortable room. Nice walk to the old centre of Castro and a more sportive one to the Castro Marina. Nice small seaside with good swimming possibilities. Interesting visit to the cave. Supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was okay, nice that I could have some cheese and ham. Wifi worked fine. Just a good descent place to stay.
Room is descent and simple. No problem when your out a lot.

Breakfast was lovely as were the owners. There was also a fridge which was useful. Free street parking is also a bonus.
Quite a distance up hill from the town, no windows in the room so felt a bit dingy. There were no glasses supplied to the room which was a shame.

Nice front terrace, facing the sea.
Sadly you can quite clearly hear the neighboring apartments through either thin walls or pipes. Also the breakfast is served on one-use plates and cups.
