This is a family business run by Francesco and Stefania. They created literally perfect accommodation. The room is clean and tidy, apartment is freshly renovated, and the design is stylish and pleasant. The breakfast is awesome, plentiful and various. Btw some bakery is made by Francesco's mother and is served warm. All our requests were met friendly and responsive. It was a pleasure to contact Francesco and Stefania. Sincerely recommend this accommodation.

There are simply no disadvantages.

First of all if I could give a higher rating then 10 I would. Federico and his family our excellent host. incredibly welcoming and friendly. the breakfast was excellent in the morning being able to have it on the balcony was great the room was a great size and it was close to the Centre of town and the beach both within 10 minutes. would definably stay again when in Otranto. also they provide private parking which is great when you have a car. Incredible! This was incredible! The location, the rooms, the host, the breakfast, everything was perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything more! If you are looking for a plant-based/ vegan breakfast, the host is ready to prepare and shop whatever you might like because it's such a customer centric accommodation. Do not miss it if you are in Otranto. Besides, it comes with a parking spot.

The ideal position of the apartment is only a 10-minute walk to the old part of the city. And the parking provided by the owner of the apartment is only 100m away from the apartment. The apartment is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a stay in Otranto. The owners really try to make everything as it should be, if you choose this apartment, I think you will be satisfied.

The breakfast was the best I've had in Puglia --yogurt, sliced meats, rolls and great capochino. The room had a balcony which overlooked an ancient building. There was also a heated towel rack which was very useful on the rainy day I was here. And totally unexpected, the room had mood lighting! Stephania and Frederick went out of their way to make me comfortable. Grazie!!

Everything! this is an outstandingly good B&B. From Federico greeting us on our arrival, showing us how everything worked and making us coffee, to the spotlessly clean and up to date room and furnishings, and to Stefania and Nonna serving an amazing breakfast (plenty of good things to eat, lots of variety), this B&B is perfect! We loved staying here!

Everything was to our liking!

We were greeted nicely by the hosts and were given a ticket for free parking on a parking lot right next to the apartment. The breakfast was extraordinary. i never had something like that in a b&b in southern italy. Also everything was spotlessly clean and our beds were made every day. We really loved our stay!

the apartment is not very soundproof, but it didn’t bother us that much!

Warm welcome from the owner Frederico. He provides you with a pass for a free parking place. (located at 150m). The room is nicely decorated, clean and new. You can enjoy the breakfast (home made pastries & focaccia, fruits, yogourt etc) on the balcony. In 5min by foot you are at the Castel.

Super Clean, quality sheets and towels. I gave this place a top mark for location, because it was super calm, 5’ away from the action and noises. I gave it a 10 overall, because they made every effort to make sure everything was to my taste. they even drove me to my bus stop! Thank you very much! I had a wonderful stay in Otranto. Highly recommended.

The hosts are very welcoming and kind. The breakfast was very good and there were big variety of dishes. The room was very cosy and clean with very nice big balcony. The location is perfect - Close to the centre however quiet. The host gave us a pass for free parking very close to the apartment which is very convenient if you arrive by car.
