The location, the thermal waters spa, the good bedding, the nice reception staff and the several dinners we had there.
We stayed at the hotel 7 nights and grew a bit tired of the more or less same breakfast items each time. There were so many sweets (cakes, cookies, pudding, etc.) but not such a good variety of breads, especially for a hotel that has lots of German visitors. How about adding some heavy, crusty, grainy German-style bread for breakfast to supplement the sweets and the soft, white breads and cornettos? More variety at breakfast would have been good, in my humble opinion.

It is review for HOTEL HELVETIA because hotel roma was under construction so they , with our confirmation , offer us Hotel Helvetia. It was nice to spend day in thermal pool with nice garden with shade.

The restaurant was amazing, the meals were very good, tasty and always a nice big portion, so we where leaving the table feeling full. The hotspring pools are very warm and I loved that, as elsewhere are not so hot.
The size of the pools could be bigger but there weren't lot of people so that was not an issue.
