Abano Ritz Hotel Terme

Albano ritz is exceptional in comfort and service. The staff were approachable and spoke many languages, which was great since I had limited Italian. Even when dealing with staff that didn't have any shared language with 6 would do their utmost to help or always had a colleague near who was able to communicate. All of the staff are wonderful people who are willing to go the extra mile. The spa treatments are well priced and well worth it. The majority of the hotel decor is of a classic look but is extremely well maintained and kept. This is successful in creating an atmosphere of a traditional high-end establishment. The exception to the classic style seems to be the creative rooms that are spacious and truly unique, each having its own style, often interesting and more modern.

The grounds are well maintained, but the pictures can mislead you into believing they are much bigger than they actually are. It would have been nice to have a leaflet for all the dinner, bar, pool times, and a full list of hotel services and information for guests to know. All the information was shared during check-in, but its a lot of information to remember and would be nice to have something in the room to reference rather than bothering staff.

Food was quite good, the outdoor pools and the underwater massage was great, the rooms were spacious and had lots of closet space. Lovely decor.

the indoor pool was a bit too warm for serious swimming, no coffee maker in the room, no body lotion and the safe was too small for a laptop; no water in the fitness room.

Staff absolutely excellent!! Food quality was good. Hotel generally very nice and 5* treatment all round.

A/C in rooms quite poor considering that it is a 5* hotel. But they did move my son to a different room which was slightly better A/C and a room upgrade.

Pool, Hotel Lobby and room

The breakfast didn’t have the variety that I expected at a 5 start hotel. The breakfast is brought to your table after you order from a limited menu. Quality of Coffee and crossaints can use improvement. Scrambled eggs are pre prepared and therefore served cold or lukewarm. We were given dirty cutlery on 2 different occasions. Staff is friendly and kind.

the staff was great , made sure we have everything we needed. the bar provided a lot of options and the breakfast had a little bit of everything and it was delicious , the rooms were clean and the heating system was exactly how it should’ve been and the value is worth it !

wonderful old style hotel, large room and wonderful waiters ounce and dinner in the proper old style , , lost by so many hotels !!

only it should have à propret bar with salads and light sandwiches on request

beautiful location, nice garden with thermal pool, staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

my room was spacious but really dark and old - but also it was reasonably priced

Very clean hotel and the personnel was very nice. Big room and very comfortable.

They have Tesla Destination chargers, but one was not working and another one was charging with only 6A (very slow). And also they charge 0.5 EUR / kwh. Normally it should be free for hotel guests.

Value for money. Very friendly and professional staff. Very nice clean room.

Not much but if i had to be picky, the food options at the pool were rather underwhelming.
