David InterContinental Tel Aviv, an IHG Hotel

Personable staff, outstanding architectural design, stunning lobby, and the best breakfast buffet in Isreal. Seriously, the best breakfast buffet! I adored the living green plant in my suite. I named her Zelda. A perfect home-like touch! Wonderful balcony overlooking the beach and ocean had 2 chairs and a small table. Plenty of closet space, prompt roomservice, marble bath room, blackout curtains, and a luxurious king-sized bed.

I was guaranteed chaise lounge chairs on my balcony, but only regular chairs were provided. They were stained with bird droppings upon my arrival, but housekeeping exchanged to clean ones. But no chaise lounger chairs.

Excellent location rooms were very comfortable bed was very comfortable and big

The housekeeping staff didn’t clean our room one day- had to call them to clean @7 pm at night! So not great housekeeping

Swimming pool closing at 6pm when weather is beautiful for at least another hour was disappointing. Breakfast price per person was ridiculous.

Was surprised that an international hotel had no cooked meals on Sabbath

Beautiful hotel. Rooms very clean and spacious. Balcony with chairs and table. Good excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast good. Pool area good. Food round pool was super. Plenty of places to sit round the pool.

Shower over the bath. Hotel very very expensive. Room advertised as a room with terrace. It was actually a balcony large enough for two chairs and a table. Having said that I would get the room again because the balcony was large enough to sit on comfortably. The pictures showed it with two loungers, but there were two chairs.

The staff are highly trained to look after the guests in the hotel The food was excellent Friday night and Shabbat. The waitresses and waiters were so attentive

The high price of swimming pool .I invited my two adult grandchildren to,join me for the meals and i I wanted to Let them have a swim but when I heard the price 200 shekels each. I could not justify paying this amount Especially as it was 5.30 and pool closes at 7pm! In high season when hotel is full maybe hotel can charge this high price but not at this Corona time

In general the staff were great and did all they could to help. Rooms on the upper floors definitely better. Front desk tried to fix issues promptly. Location great and a decent swimming pool. We had an issue on arrival which Arnon and his team rectified within 24 hours.

Pool manager petty and did little to control the bigger issues of alcohol and smoking in the pool. Lower floor rooms need refurbishment. Showing their age and considerable wear and tear.

A friendly welcome and a nice sized room with plenty of features. Location was convenient for my purposes. All the typical facilities of a modern, business classs hotel in a major city.

Nothing to dislike, but it is not exceptional and for someone staying for a night or two, the price is expensive unless you are making full use of all the facilities. There are just as well located hotels with as many facilities in Tel Aviv that are more personal and less expensive.

Staff were friendly and helpful, excellent service, even at a very busy time of the year The food was excellent and the meals were very well organised, and we appreciated special arrangements made to accommodate our guests with small children When we were in isolation when we first arrived, we also appreciated fruit and drink provided The room was very nice, and the executive lounge had good service and excellent staff. Thanks for a great stay, we would happily return and hope to do so in the not too distant future!

Minor issue, public bathrooms by pool needed bit more attention (door handles loose), running out of towels to dry hands , no doubt reflecting the very busy time of year as the hotel was very full with guests.and visitors

The breakfast was superb!!! The staff remembered us and knew exactly what type of coffee/latte/cappucinos we wanted. They were so friendly and accommodating.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was dust on the countertops BUT the bathroom was super clean - everyday - so that is a PLUS! The housekeeping did a great job (my son and husband are not the neatest) - so I credit housekeeping for their care.
