Tullamore Court Hotel

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the water, tea and coffee facilities in the room. Staff at reception and at breakfast were very attentive and professional.

Service in the bar. There was a sign saying wait to be seated. I stood for a while and no staff members came over. I had booked a table too at the recommendation of the reception staff. I went into the bar area and spoke to members of staff who told me to go back and wait to be seated. I still waited and had to go back in again and speak to a different staff member. I received too many emails before my stay.

Very spacious with excellent facilities Staff were excellent, friendly and and could not do enough for you. From the point of booking communication was excellent and special mention of the excellent communication from Katelyn at the hotel who dealt with some booking changes Five star service Will definitely stay here again

There are only very minor things that could be addressed that would make it 10 out of 10 rather than a 9. The bar restaurant menu is rather limited although good. Bar and serving staff seemed under considerable pressure and would benefit from a few more pairs of hands.

The hotel was lovely, with ample parking. The bedroom was a good size and comfortable and the bathroom was also well equipped. I called before going and was not informed of the ongoing works which meant changing rooms where not always available when using the Gym and Pool facilities. This was a nuisance but was overcome by very helpful staff in the leisure centre. Would have preferred to know this in advance considering I specifically asked about facilities when booking but they are very helpful and the gym is also really well equipped. Both dinner and breakfast at the hotel were good value and the food was lovely.

It was a nuisance about lack of changing rooms to use facilities however this can't be helped as they are being renovated. The facilities themselves were really good and very clean.

The room was very good with a very comfortable bed. There was a safe,a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. While there was no air conditioning, an electric fan was provided. Complimentary bottles of water were also provided. The buffet breakfast offered a good choice. There was a nice coffee bar. The hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly, including Kayleen at reception. We were offered complimentary bottles of water when checking out, which was a nice touch.

The sides of the bath was quite high and a little awkward for an elderly couple.

Stayed in an executive room, which was very spacious and great facilities. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Was seated really quickly even though it was a busy bank holiday, and there was so much choice in the self-serve buffet. Staff were really friendly and helpful in every part of the hotel. They have several sustainable initiatives in the hotel, which is always great to see. I would definitely stay here again.

The town itself isn't very big and because it was a bank holiday most places were closed on the Sunday and Monday.

The staff members at the reception were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was absolutely stunning and it exceed our expectations. We had a jacuzzi and a walk in shower in our bathroom. The room itself was nice and warm and it had a mini fridge, kettle for making tea or instant coffee and there was a coffee machine that accepted coffee capsules. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and there were many options to have to eat at breakfast. We also had dinner the previous night and I was delighted to see so many different options for dinner too. I will absolutely stay here again without a doubt

There was nothing that I didnt like about the hotel. The staff and the room that we got was absolutely exceptional

The Friendly atmosphere and hospitality by all staff. But most importantly was the SPA it was fantastic my therapist Ala I Think that was her name was so Amazing I've never in all my experiences of going to Health spas felt so relaxed and looked after as a customer. Pure professional and customer centered. I would highly recommend 5 stars

Everything was fantastic accept one thing. We stayed in the premier sweet and at night there would be a noise out side of the building that was annoying. Other than that.....EXCELLENT

Cleanliness and size of bedroom. Breakfast is wonderful with friendly attentive staff.

Restaurant is closed mid week and the food in the public bar is limited with very poor service on one of the nights we visited. We expected a lot better having stayed here many times before. However the hotel is now 'under new management' having previously been privately owned.

Location was perfect and it was a nice hotel. Check in the staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Outside area of the hotel was nice too (terrace). When a friend and I returned to the hotel the bar later that evening the bar was closed and people had said in the hotel that reception would not serve another drink even via reception but when approached the reception we spoke to the manager who was very friendly and obliging to not just ourselves but all that were still in the hotel bar. Nothing was too much trouble once we asked. The rooms had ample space for clothing , sockets, TV, complimentary water, tea and coffee facilities. Very comfortable environment to relax and a pleasant stay.

It would have been helpful to have a fridge in the room. There was tea and coffee facilities and a space where it seems to have once been a fridge but the cupboard was empty.

Everything. Its an amazing hotel with friendly staff, lovely guest rooms, and great food. We had an executive room and it did not disappoint. Had everything we could have needed and more. The staff in the Hotel were so friendly and efficient. Breakfast was buffet style and was really lovely, we enjoyed it every morning we were there. We also ate in the Furlong Bar and the food was really good. All in all a great stay, in a great hotel, in a great location.
