A nice familiar Nusa Dua get away

5 star service and staff were excellent but unfortunately the facilities have suffered due to the Covid downturn, especially the paving around the pool. I am sure that this will be resolved over time and I feel that the staff are doing their very best to get things back on track and to the usual Novotel standard.

The facilities, locations, comfort & family friendly.

they downgraded my room on the 1st night due to “technical issue” without any notice beforehand. although, they compensate with 1 hr massage for 4 of us. Also, there wasn’t enough plates, bowls etc even though the room that we selected had kitchen & dinning area.

Breakfast was amazing. Beach club was fabulous. Staff so happy and friendly and helpful. Loved the bus beach shuttle as well.

All good.

The kids' center and staff were incredible throughout our stay, the reception staff were super helpful and the pool/beach facilities were convenient and great for travel with a toddler.

The restaurant was pretty expensive and not a lot of choice for vegetarians. The staff in the morning however, were great and always offered to cook a separate soup for us.

The pool and the size of the room were amazing for families. My kids also enjoyed the kids club and buffet. Location is so good with restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, shops around. Would like to say a special thank you to Tika and Chip at Kids Club for taking care of our kids and making them feel safe. Special thank you to Nyoman and Anggu at the Square restaurant for being so attentive to us.

The bathroom was poorly designed— specifically the shower area. Water goes everywhere. But housekeeping gives extra towels to cover that and the floor dries over time.

Indha and her team, they were awesome (6 stars for them) also as i checked in i was taken once side and i loved the personal touch that i'm a VIP and could correspond by Whatsapp.

No decaf coffee available at the breakfast. Also staff appearance with the Blue polo tshirts does not look appealing for Bali,many of the shirts look washed out and the way each staff members wears it is different, some tucked in and some not doesn't look professional at all for a 5 star Hotel, a Bali shirt or top would be better suited. Also my daughter seen a snake at our room area - this freaked her out, we were upgraded to the 5th floor, which we truly appreciated. Difficult to get spots at the Spa especailly for happy hour At the beach area no attention to detail, didn't know where and what to do or eat or drink?

Great and spacious hotel, very well maintained lawns which creates a great naturalistic ambience. Rooms are in good condition (bed is extremely comfortable) and there’s a volleyball net & basketball hoop in one of the pools. Food is delicious and there’s a range of food options (sweet & savoury). The beach club part of the hotel is very nice and relatively quiet and there’s a shuttle bus to take guests there every 15 minutes. Also a hotel provided shuttle to Bali Collection which is full of restaurants and shops!

Would suggest paying for breakfast in advance to avoid higher pay-as-you-go charges.

Incredible resort. Offers everything and more.we spent Nyepi eve (ogoh ogoh Festivus) and Nyepi day here. They made the most incredible experience for the kids to immerse in the culture and be part of the parade around the resort. We and the children will never forget. After many visits to Bali, it's our second time in a row at this resort and won't be the last.

Naturally the resort area of Nusa Dua is so large so it isn't walking distance to restaurants outside the hotel. But gojek delivers or gojek taxis are super cheap to the restaurant area. Hot tip, go to Mr Bob in Tanjung Benoa and order the ribs

We have stayed here 4 times over 12 years. It's a great place to stay but needs a little TLC ( upgrade needed) rooms are more than adequate and spacious. Showers are a little left of centre and that the design doesn't work (water goes everywhere) but works when you get past the worry of splashing everywhere. Very friendly staff and only to eager to help. Great buffet breakfast with a great choice (If they don't have it just ask). Pool area still the same and garden surrounds are great.

Hard beds and showers are dysfunctional

I stayed in the 2 bed room apartment for 5 nights with my family. Few things which me and my family enjoyed the most: 1. Property is walking distance from a local market which becomes very handy to get day to day stuff, laundry, ATM, supermarket, Cafe, bar. 2. Pool was very good with small separate area for kids. We enjoyed a lot at the pool 3. Staff was very humble. 4. Room was spacious.

I felt that the property was a bit old and rooms does not give WOW effect when you come for holiday. For example: Toilets were not very modern and in one of the room the layout was such that the toilet was directly facing the bed which is not expected from modern layout. Also the cleanliness was average. Otherwise everything else was superb.
