The price was very fair. Wi-Fi worked well, fridge in the room was helpful, AC was reliable.

No compliants at all. I read quite a few negatives when I booked and was a bit worried, it turns out that I suspect most of those complaints were from entitled people who dont understand the world.

The location was perfect - quiet at night, lots of food places 2/3 minutes walking, around 30 minutes walking to the beach, 15 minutes walking to the club/pub street. Room was big, bed was comfy, hot water in the shower and very good air conditioning, beautiful internal design, very very good price. I will go back next time when I will be in Kuta.

There are two things worth to mention: wifi-connection was not good if you plan to work (I was using sim card so it was ok) and room was not very clean. The bathroom was clean tho. General the whole hotel looked like no-one was cleaning it very often. We had some doubts if the bed sheets were clean too... For us (for this price) was a not big deal and we would book this place again BUT maybe if someone is extremally pedantic - that may be a thing.

The room is very well presented, exactly like in the photos. Independent entrance and nice outside space. The area is very busy but this alley is very quiet. Everything is within walking distance

I was told the room would have been cleaned every 2 days. My room was cleaned only twice in 8 days. I had to ask several times for that, they didn't seem to bother at all

One of the best places I have stayed Didn't really spend much time in Kuta, but it was a perfect location to explore the rest of the island and come back in the evening and have a beer on the beach and watch the sunset. The beach is only a 10min walk away The room is amazing, large and clean with helpful staff. 10/10

Everything is perfect

This place was the nicest place while we were in Bali. The photos match the reality 100%. The room was nicely styled, and clean, a good size for 2 people and equipped with a fridge and a safe. The atmosphere of this accommodation is very relaxing and the garden with all these flowers and plants is beautiful. Mr. Wayan and the staff were very kind to us and made our stay pleasant. We appreciate their kindness and their help.

Lovely little home stay. Friendly staff they are truly helpful, beautifully decorated in Indonesian style, a lovely little garden to sit in. Our room was bright and comfortable, room size was great and bathroom was a good size. I really enjoyed the place, met lots of people who come and go, the area is great. It’s quiet maybe sometimes you’ll have a dog bark but that’s natural. The area is Easy to walk around and talk to locals.

- very friendly and welcoming staff - unlike other comments I found my room to be very clean - very comfortable bed - lounge area on the terrace with chairs and table - close to the beach and to places of interests - boiler with coffee + clean water dispenser in lobby - good location - very cheap place

- the shower was very very small - soap dispenser was empty

The staff was lovely and helpful, the room was clean and liked there was a kettle in my room and hot drinks. The owner arranged a car for the airport and everything went conveniently.

The location is a little bit off the main road, and I felt isolated from kuta main street hubs

Nice spot off the main area. No one on this block was trying to sell.me something as everyone was doing two blocks closer to the beach. Quiet spot, cool style, and chill management. TV had YouTube and other services hooked up. Make sure you sign out after you leave.
