the location is excellent, in the city center just 15 minutes walk from the biggest malls in Jakarta and 5 minutes walk from Sarinah mall, tons of options for food and drinks nearby, has a touristy vibe with so many other hotels in the vicinity, feels safe, joyful and vibrant. the hotel has a youthful appeal and design, everything works well, the room is cute and well appointed and mattress and linen are splendid. the check in and check out process is efficient and the staff are courteous and super helpful!

the carpets throughout and inside the room in particular can be shampooed to feel cleaner and fresher. The prices at the Bar and in the lounge area beside the reception are a bit on the high side discouraging consumption. The ground floor lobby and cafe bar is tastefully designed and more reasonable prices will attract more guests and feel nicely busier but that’s only my opinion.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself still looks new & we found it very quiet. The room size was good & the bed comfortable. It is near the centre of Jakarta with several of the well know shopping mall within easy reach.

The swimming pool was a little disappointing and small.

My stay was during Ramadhans'day as the price of the property is at it's lowest and I couldn't agree more that the value over money is exceeding my expectation. It is within walking distance to go to Mall and Monas, furthermore it was also in the walking distance of public transportation.

It was a shame that I couldn't access TV's HDMI because it would be fun to play games during night after going out. It was also quite hard to locate especially by private transport, but I don't think it ever concerns me.

The service and checkin very quick and there was no issue or fuss. The room was good and everything worked. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Big bed and very comfy Room service was good and even though they were far too busy the food arrived quickly and still hot Breakfast was awesome

All good, nothing was bad

We loved the room views and how bright it was, the size of the bed and how comfy the pillows were. We two were working remotely and the desk was big enough for the both of us so it was a delight to work with city views from the 11th floor. They cleaned the room every day, the lighting in the room is very cozy and chill and the staff very nice.

Our stay was excellent. Something to point out were the bathroom towels. They could be a little newer as some of them were a little shredded.

Breakfast good and many choices of food , the hotel is clean and quiet rooms the service is excelent, yes i recommend this hotel for everyone absolutely i will stay again .

Hotel in a convenient location, near to shops, bars and restaurants. Cool street food area a short walk away. Comfy beds, breakfast buffet was good with amwide choice. Staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

It did get very hot in the room which was to be expected but found the Aircon then made it quite cold. Not a massive issue though

I am travelling in and out Jakarta since 2000. I know and like the area of the hotel location a lot and I know some other hotels in this area, but ALOFT is a new experience for me. I am happy that I can say "the room is fabulous". I like the design, I like the set-up, I like that the work-desk is facing the window (incl. a beautiful view on Jakarta skyline).

I am bit disappointed about the variety offered for breakfast. Quality is good, food is tasty, coffee is great, but the opportunity for selection is limited.

comfortable king size bed, decent sized room, and location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. despite the busy location, environment was pretty quiet at night

nothing. the reception area is small (not enough seats) but that’s ok cause we aren’t there all the time - just check in/out process.

The bed. The size of the beds. The luxury of the bedding ( pillows, duvet blankets, bed linens, mattress. The guest room design is quite unique with such bathroom arrangement and beds facing the windows.

The paper cups in the guest bedroom. We are uncomfortably using the paper cups to drink HOT Coffee or Tea. Our fingers got burned due to the heat from holding the paper cups. Please reconsider this. The guestroom size is small.
