Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata

The property was great. Room service was fantastic. everyone with the exception of the reception desk were wonderful.

Reception, rude, the entire team didn’t know what the other was doing. The manager hide in the back room and allowed his staff to bully there guest. 27 days and I was on my honeymoon. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Terrible.

Well I tried hard to find atleast thing of not liking.. unfortunately didn't get one.

i can i will stay again one reason is very yummy vegetrain breakast and at the time of breakfast all staff are serving like they have guest at home i have stayed more then 100 hotels including many five stars but this is best i can say ,israfill biswas was great man and he look after every one and he care lots when i was on table thanks biswas my dear .also i want to thanks to Debalina gupta she also care very much from check in to still check out ,i can not describe in word about her hospitality

may be check in time rooms must be ready when guest come for check in

This is Indian hospitality in full display here. The staff is genuinely cordial. Both the days I stayed, they would make it a point to check with me (I also noticed that they were checking on others) and I deeply appreciated it. This is an excellent hotel in a good neighborhood. Very close to the Biswa Bangla Gate. The hotel is very well maintained and has a very good ambience everywhere. Very nice breakfast spread with wide variety of Indian, continental food and of course with a Live counter. A special shoutout to the front desk in charge who helped me navigate some billing issues. I could not have been anymore happier and definitely will return to this place for future stays.

Everything! from staff behaviour to location, From food to interior. The staffs are polite, food was tasty, rooms were clean. This was my first time at the Fairfield Marriott and I really liked the hotel alot. I will definitely check in at your hotel next time. I had checked in at the hotel around 1:00 am but still Mr. Apurba was very helped us a lot and made us comfortable. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay with great food. I will surely recommend this hotel to my circle.

Ahh I guess the only thing I didn't like that I couldn't spend more time in the hotel. It was very hectic schedule due to urgent meeting at Mayapur but next time I will surely stay more days.

A nice clean hotel at a reasonable price. The staff (Debalina, Biswas, Apurba) was very helpful and friendly. For the same rate we were suprisingly offered not only breakfast but dinner and lunch as well. At the lobby hotel guests can enjoy bean coffee and some buscuits.

The hotel is located quite far away from the city centre and historical places. Actually the rooms at the hotel require some renovation, the walls in the bathroom e.g. look a bit shabby.

A warm reception in cold weather, guided baggage drops to room during checkin, comfy beds, the breakfast with pot chai.....The kids working there are very cool and provides good assistance......The place was filled with colorful people and kids assembled for wedding and birthday celebrations with bands which made my stay great....There is a butter wala uncle at the restaurant.....He allocates places on time and goes out of his way to fetch butter if needed....Thanks to him.....A special mention to Apoorva and sing who helped in untime checkouts and quick laundry...Great place to stay!

From housekeeping Sornali she's very nice and helpful lady .. always clean our room ..from Kava mangrove Saurav mishra .Gopa.l Saurav .So Sondeep Neha ..from IRD suvendu ..Biswajit .and Mahendra from the kitchen Rupak chef .aarobinda chef ...Every one are very nice friendly.. so help full always taking care of us in the breakfast lunchand dinner time they make us feel home ..specially saurav mishra and Suvendu he never forget my baby food .. whenever I travel I faced little bit problem with my baby food but this time suvendu make our trip awesome..i dont like indian food but here I really enjoyed all the food and service and staff behaviour. I forgot so many names... thanks again to everyone .. inshahallah we will come back soon ..

I had to smoke shisha open area in this hot weather .. in the bar area they can allow shisha Pool area so much dirty..people throw cigarette baby's used diaper.. entering area near main door they never clean I guess

Swimming pool are is not clean..everywhere cigarettes bats ..baby pamper.. people forget to throw in the dustbin.. front gate area as well not clean... overall its all good
