The property is nice and clean

The furniture is very old and stained if they just upgrade their sofa in rooms and at the reception area The Hotel will look and feel much better Room service also needs to be improved we requested few things from room some came and for some request no one came to deliver they just need little improvements otherwise property is good to stay.

Good price, staff were friendly, couldn't make any major faults.

Hotel was more in line with 4 star rating than 5 but the price reflected that.

1. Food was excellent. 2. Location was good. 3. Staff behaviour was good.

1. Room light was flickering. 2. Flush was not working properly. 3. AC was not working properly.

breakfast options were great they did had jain food options too.. cleanliness was perfect and they forgot to provide slippers nd bathroom mat towel and as soon as we asked for it reminded of them they placed them quickly . we landed the same day nd directly reached to hotel around 8:45 am so we requested them if they could arrange an early check in for us nd we got our rooms by 10:30 am. while we had buffet breakfast at terrazo. rest everything was great. our relatives sent us cake nd bouquet at night as it was some1's birthday and they arranged it nd sent it to us by 12:40 am

few switches weren't working and dustbins with the lid wasn't opening nd a led light provided over the bed got fused on the same night we stayed in the room

I loved the food at this hotel, it was excellent and authentic with some western dishes. The location and safety around the place is good. The room and bathroom size and layout are very good. The local vegetable market on walking distance gives opportunities to explore local fruits.

I liked everything, the only missing element was spa which can make this hotel a perfect place for leisure and relaxation.

What a staff! awesome it was .. dining staff aman ( what a guy. awesome service ) Front office staff ( suneel + sumit ) assistance was perfect and on time too ... The give away was not expected as a best dance couple... But we won .. thank you @teamsarovar

just a lil bit of hassle in the new year party .like you guys could have arranged the starter in a buffet + more seating arrangement at the bar counter.... but still everything was managed in a perfect manner . When a lady staff arranged everything at the dj place.

It was very nice in this hotel. We had 2 washrooms in one room and one more additional room for sitting and discussions. Every personal helped us with Luggages and other staff. Especially security guy Anand was very polite and helpful. We booked taxi from airport pick up and city tour from the hotel. The prices of taxi also was reasonable.

Room, breakfast and staff

Everything was pleasant. Stuff was really polite and helpfull. Room was clean and houskeeping service was every day. We loved that they fill upp room with drinking watter bottles everyday. God location. Hotel has swiming pool wich is great then its so warm outside.

i miss just hair conditioner and maybe hair drayer. It might be awsome if hotel will have in the future sun beds if the guest wanna spend day near the pool.

The hotel is beautiful from the outside as well as the inside. It was very clean. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities. The staff was very helpful. Overall, a great place to stay.

There is nothing much that I can mention here. One thing I can pinpoint is that there should be a discount based on the number of days. Currently, if x is the price for one night, the 2x will be the price for 2 nights.

Very pleased with hotel and the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I left our jacket, and they tracked it down and delivered it within 2 days to our place in Delhi. They had very clean bathrooms which was a must for our family.
