Staffs were polite. Ambiance was good

Had to wait more than 2 hrs for the room at the time of check in..... even i had already informed a day before that we will do check in at 12, in spite of that at reception they had asked us to wait till 3 pm. After that when i made them realize that we are waiting here from last 2 hr with my 1 year little kid they provided us 1 room at 2.30 pm with no view from balcony..... No complementary drinks were served at check in..... No pool service at that time due to some marriage function. Had to call 5 times for Check out n took 2 hrs due to so called marriage function.

It's a magical place, with strong references to Jaipur's history and architecture. The service is exceptional, the staff is beyond helpful and was always accomodating to any request we had. Best part was by far the staff, everyone felt extremely warm and always there to make sure we had the best possible time. They went above and beyond in every way possible, from sweet notes by the housekeeping staff to the extremely well trained and professional conduct of everyone at the premises.

There were occasionally times where thing were lost in communication, but nothing that's worth a bad review, small hickups here and there.

The welcome party for the hotel would make anyone feel like a true Indian royalty. After travelling for over 8 hours from our previous destination, we were tired but the check-in process refreshed us and we couldn't wait to explore the hotel. The breakfast selection was magnificent with a great variety of international and local Indian cuisine. Room service was good too It was a pity we didn't get the chance to partake in the activities the hotel provide due to our tight schedule, but we would definitely visit again and stay longer to experience it all.

The location is outside the main city of Jaipur, but easy enough still to get around. Other than that, there was nothing else we didn't like about the hotel.

The grand welcome gives you a royal feeling. We were showered with rose petals and drums were played. The interiors and exteriors of the property are beautiful. The property is excellent for pre wedding shoots etc. The staff is very friendly and polite. Ritika & Rupali were good hosts. They both made sure that we were comfortable at all times and made arrangements for almost anything that we needed or was required. Nitin & Bibin from the restaurant were so amazing! Nitin took great care of our dinner choices/needs and Bibin was on his toes to get me my perfect cup of Tea for breakfast. Bibin is a gem, as on the day of check out as well he asked and he packed some sandwiches and confectionery for the road. Shubham catered well at the bar. The whole team is so well put together and are all in sink with each other , great teamwork, that makes a great experience for the Guests. The Gold suites were comfortable with amazing interiors. A cake was placed in the room to welcome and congratulate us on our wedding. The bed was well decorated with flowers and balloons. The room had a luxurious bath tub. Rose petals and bath salts were arranged on request for a luxurious bath. My wife was well surprised and delighted. Happy wife happy life. It was an amazing luxurious experience overall. We have taken back some really fond memories. We will visit again and definitely recommend.

Outside food and beverage is not allowed on the property so your stuck with whatever they have to offer. Not exactly budget friendly. There’s no restaurants what-so ever around the property.

feels like Royal staying on this place, every part of the building design very well, I was got food poisoning prior my trip when stay here and staff helped me to get medicine and making sure I was ok, morning as well the sous chef was preparing special bland food since I was so sick can’t eat anything, great hotel and would highly recommend to stay here

the only downside it would be far away from other main attraction so you need car to get in and out so I suggest stay here for the last part of your days in Jaipur to wind down from their busy city and constant honking, stay here just for chilling and they have one palace few minutes away as part of activity

Everything from the warm welcome, to the very sweet and helpful staff and the Hotel premises was excellent... Beautiful and melodious songs & tunes from the different musicians & singers at the entrance and the guy with the flute during the breakfast was very good. Coming to breakfast, every dish was very good.... The Hotel itself is very grand and beautiful and we had a great time there with our family. Hope I can come visit and stay again soon :-)

Everything was great at the hotel... only minor thing on which I can comment (only for the sake of saying something I didn't like ) is that the room needs more light...it was a bit dim for me ..... But having said so, it depends on the preferences of each & every individual...

It’s a beautiful property, both outdoors and indoors, with spacious rooms and polite and kind staff. They have a nice surprise for you when you check in which I personally really liked as it shows attention to customer experience. The breakfast spread is very nice and has a lot of options. I wish I had booked at least a two night stay instead of one!

There was a wedding happening so the swimming pool wasn’t available on the day of check out - This was informed less than a week before my stay and I think there was nothing mentioned on the website when I first booked. Kukas, where the hotel is, is about 40 minutes from Jaipur which means that if you’re looking to spend a lot of time in the city (which I wasn’t) this might not be the best option. Lastly, the bar closes at 11pm which considering the remote-ish location is too early.

Overall look and feel was great. Very nicely and tastefully decorated. Rooms size is more than sufficient for a couple . The lobby area and the restaurants are also nice . The gym is great. Breakfast assortment is amazing

The Spa is very average in terms of the experience and Value for money . The food in buffet ( dinner) is so so . Not many green patches in the property to take strolls. Do not visit the properly on a long weekend if you are claustrophobic or hate big crowds everywhere

Property is amazing and relaxing. The staff is young smart and polite and makes one feel welcomed. Food was good and had a good spread as well, especially the Indian cuisine. Fell in love with the coffee cum bar area which was just at another level where i spent hours sipping my beverages. Some people who we would like to name who made our stay special are Kirpal Singh (Manager Concierge services), front desk team (especially Akshita an intern), Vikash and many other Servers in the Restaurant.

Location (on Jaipur -Delhi Highway) is one end of town if you arrive by air. Anyone who wants to enjoy the property should be willing to travel locally. Currently there is only one restaurant which serves muti cuisine. A new Asian restaurant is in process which will benefit the tourists and hotel as oriental cuisine is currently nice but not top notch.

The breakfast was incredible, my room was beautiful and I really like the small touches, like the beautiful Japonese robe that they left for me. The driver, Raj, that I used twice was extremely informative and helpful.

The sound of the building work beside the pool was really terrible. I know that the hotel can't control that but it really was unbelievably bad and it meant I couldn't really relax by the pool. Temporary.
