Everything was superb... The staff there are very helpful and humble. Sikander at Aravli Pool Bar is an exceptional host... Very kind... Lahari at Restaurant and few others from F&B are also very kind... I was with an Infant and a Toddler so they helped with their food

The pool area is exceptional... Sikander at the bar cannot handle everything alone... There were guests who were unaware of the rules... they were entering the pool in knickers, without taking a pre shower, ladies without tying their long hairs... The Guard was allotted but we know that no one listens to a poor guard, there has to be a person allotted who is strict and knows rules and can deliver messages to other guests politely

Everything was good but we got bad experience with toilet fitting which was not working, complaints were given to housekeeping and they attended 2-3 times in one hour but couldn’t set it right. We had 2 rooms booked and we had to use the toilet in the other room. Such a good Hotel should take proper care and maintenance of the entire facilities before offering the rooms to any guest. Overall a good place to stay with reasonably good restaurants and good facilities, convenient location and large area for parking

no shower curtains in the bathroom so water spilling all over-also only one bath tub which was so high one had to literally juimp to get out.have forgottten my mobile charges in the room -room 618 checked out on 3rd feb and have been calling sicne then but no one picks up the phone and the phoine numners mentioend on your bill as wrong.pls confirm you have my mobile charger so i can arrange to pick it up

Staff was very polite and friendly, breakfast was very good and the environment of breakfast was also excellent

Pool opening time was the big downer…pool closes at 8 pm. Our kids always want to go in pool after dinner which was not possible. Also usually all tourists go out during the day and then at the end of the day we want to relax in pool but pool closes at 8 pm. Location is very good for one major attraction with its Amber fort but for attractions in city centre it takes 40-50 mins to reach there

Breakfast was good, good taste and various things to eat. Room was property cleaned and sanitised.

Hotel didn't had the variety in the food, as expected to have good lunch but in lunch there were only 1 chicken starter and 1 chicken main course dish same with veg, and in dinner also there were not much variety. Also the behavior of the staff at reception during check-in and out was rude and not appropriate and one last thing it was mentioned that wifi was free but when I tried to connect it was asking Rs.400 and on the reception also they asked to sign in with my room no after that as well it was asking to pay, also at the time of payment also receptionist girl was not polite I had a confusing which she didn't cleared and said "Sir this is the payment and you have to pay this" . Check-in staff is not good I do not prefer to be treated like this.

The rooms are beautifully fitted. Spacious, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed, and all the ammenities you would expect from a top end hotel. The staff were absoluty amazing specially Sharddhha front desk - Mr Rajendera - Nikhil and Gaurav chef for taking F&B feedback on the spot and gave an amazing customer service and they always are, super helpful and genuinely want you to have a good time.

Food could have been better. this was the only disappointing thing for us. Like we ordered a margarita pizza for our kid, it was supposed to be cheese and basil. but we got pizza with big chunks of cut tomatoes and no basil. This is not expected from a property like this. Also, they’re giving Mc-cains in the name of fritters platter and charging a bomb for it. So, food wise it’s not that great. otherwise everything is superb.

Nice and quiet place away from the city - nice view of the village and natural lanscape and nice food.

The room temperature in day was fixed at 27 degrees and when I asked they could not change since they said other guests liked it warm. I was sweating - problem is with centralised AC unit but temp should be 25 deg in day. Another problem is that I was not given invoice and was told to get from booking .com and they are saying get from hotel. Can you please sort out this mess as its a waste of time running for invoice!

- Overpriced food in the room service menu - The bathroom shower area is inside a bathtub which is very high - I had a hard time getting in & almost slipped & fell trying to get out - No glass partition in the shower area. The bathroom would get flooded every day due to this - I could see dust everywhere - housekeeping was not cleaning the room throughly

Excellent hotel with courteous staff. Property is just opposite Leela Palace in Kukas. Very peaceful and we'll maintained hotel. Food is excellent and staff is so helpful and welcoming that it made our stay memorable. They even gave a complementary cake for my wife's birthday. Overall very nice experience with Double tree by Hilton Jaipur. Definitely I will visit again.
