Bloom Hotel - Karol Bagh

Great attentive and caring staff, very clean, comfortable beds even better than five star hotel, any issues can be sorted out immediately. Breakfast spread was good but not great. I believe restaurant is not the part of the hotel as you havecto go out next door for breakfast. Location was great, very central.

What I didn't like was the travel desk to book cab and sightseeing. The most irresponsible people. Thet let us down more than once. We booked taxi to go to train station at 4 45 am but it never arrived despite the hotel staff called the main guy from travel desk left us panicking as we had to catch trsin from New delhi railway station and reception staff do not have any other contacts. We were extremely lucky to see one taxi outside and the driver only agreed to take us to station for three times fare. It was the worst part of our stay which hotel management must consider to take appropriate action to avoid dissapointment which could affect hotel star ratings

Absolutely loved the hotel staff and the hotel. They’re very helpful and polite. The hotel was very very clean I must say ! It’s definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve even been to India. My room was a Deluxe Premier. It was pretty spacious and the shower room was really clean. There was hot water and the pressure was excellent. Long story short the facilities provided by the hotel was top notch and I highly recommend this hotel as it’s just a 2 minutes walking distance to the Karol Bagh market and the metro.

The breakfast was not too bad. The thing is the breakfast is at next door pure vegetarian restaurant hence there were not many options. For instance i could not get chole bhature for breakfast and got to wait till noon.

Everything was great! Staff is very willing, helpful and polite. Our room was very looked after, clean and tidy. Newly renovated bathrooms and well equipped room. Free water bottles and snacks in reception. Good breakfast. Convenient location close to Karol Bagh metro station. Silent rooms though the neighborhood is very loud and busy. Definitely appreciated the warm welcome.

Check in was a bit too long. WiFi wasn’t always working and got disconnected frequently.

Fabulous modern clean hotel very helpful and friendly staff. Good sized bedroom with super king bed with pristine linen changed daily. Complimentary bottled water tea and coffee in the room with a bonus of complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee, cans of soft drinks and snacks in the reception area. Breakfast included. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It met and exceeded all our requirements

The color combinations of the rooms and hotel give really nice vibe. Rooms and the bathrooms are very clean. Staff also nice and helpful.

Breakfast arrangement is a only disappointment as it was attached restaurant which is totally different to the hotel concept ant it is not clean like the hotel . Food options also very less.

Very cosy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Umesh was most friendly and helpful when attending to my room.

Maybe the rooms should have an air dryer and we don't need to request one each time

Location, walking distance to Karol Bagh market. Close to the metro. Rooms were very clean and bathrooms were modern.

They close of the main roads at night to get to the hotel but there are back roads if the driver knows them

I like this chain! They understand me! I LOVE the predictability and confidence that wherever I stay at a Bloom Hotel, that I know what I can expect. This location is GREAT! And I like the local, and ENORMOUS, Karol Bagh market. Local flavor without any tourist-related sleaze!

The staffs were really nice. its a value for money property.

the neighbourhood was not clean. I made the booking by mistake. if you are looking for a good neighbourhood then its not the place for you.
