NH Collection Budapest City Center

Perfect for families. Our apartment was spacious and clean and fully equipped with cot bed and high chair for our baby. The housekeeping, reception and breakfast team provided an outstanding level of service, making sure we had an excellent stay on all aspects. As people of colour, we can ensure that NH collection Budapest was really safe and extremely welcoming to us. Highly recommend and we will stay here again on our next trip to Budapest!

Although the hotel is extremely clean, it could do with a little bit of renovation but it didn’t affect our stay. The hotel is located in a busy area/quite central so it can get a bit noisy. This is the only reason why I didn’t give a 10/10

Location was very good everything about the hotel was great. Rooms lovely and spacious, didn’t try the breakfast. Staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough to help

Having to pay €50 as you arrive for the minibar and if you touch nothing in it you get it back, slightly ridiculous. Washing machine in room and says that if you use it they will have to charge you €250 Incase you damage it. Was kind of scared to touch anything to be honest

- the studio apartment is great: the kitchen is very accessorized (oven, oven top, grill microwave, utensils, a toaster, glasses of all kinds, plates as well…). Really comfortable. - the staff is very caring. we had an issue with a package we were supposed to receive and the guy at the desk helped us truly above and beyond. a housekeeper came by after hours to make sure that the cleaning was ok and to our liking… - the cleaning was great. we had our water and coffee machine refilled, everything was organized, it was truly great. - the location is amazing. right at the center, super easy to go and return from anywhere in the city due to public transportation near by.

the only thing that was not to our liking was the view, our room was just in front of a construction sight at the moment, but I assume for others it was better.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a weird noise outside our room and when we mentioned to them, they fix it immediately. Room was quiet (we couldn't hear the rooms around us). The flat we stayed was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Location of the hotel is great. Close enough to some of the famous thermal baths and close to a lot of good bars and restaurants.

Room could have been cleaner (specially bathrooms) and internet was not really reaching the whole flat (no internet in the second floor of our room). If you didn't go to have breakfast early, the variety of food was very limited. We had access to the spa, but the pool was not working for a few days :(

The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are replaced daily, and you even get dish soap and dish scrubs replaced daily. The location is also pretty good, a 15-minute walking distance from the center. Highly recommended.

We got rooms with stairs in them initially which was not convenient with kids, however the staff was super helpful and changed our room to a single floor room immediately on request free of charge

big apartment-style room. fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, stove etc.), washing machine as well. bed was comfy with plugs (incl. usb) right beside it. quiet street in a busy neighborhood. location absolutely fitted our needs – one metro station to Keleti train station. lots of public transport options in 1 minute walking distance. staff was friendly and helpful. supermarkets and lots of restaurants are close by.

bathroom was a bit weird – it looked newly renovated, but every way to shower flooded the room because of a short shower screen. tv was big but only viewable from the couch/"livingroom side" of the room.

The staff made us feel very welcome and they were quick to respond to our requests. They even brought up a cake for my partner's birthday. The room was spacious and full of amenities and the hotel was just a short (mostly undercover) walk to the M2 metro, so the whole of Budapest was in reach.

We struggled with the temperature control for the room, when the heating was on it was very hot, we had trouble finding a temperature we were comfortable at but it was warm enough with the heating off.

Lovely large apartment/room that was immaculately clean, friendly and helpful desk staff who were happy to offer useful advice and print boarding passes etc, and the breakfast facilities have to be seen to be believed. It's rare I give 10/10 but this rating is deserved. Will be coming back...

Really minor point, but the computers in the reception area really don't work very well - so old and slow it's impossible to do anything.

What can I say, the hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to cater to us, especially for a 30th Birthday surprise (thank you so much Emese!) . The room was exceptional, the bed was extra comfy and the facilities were second to none. Benefits as well are being near the new York Cafe and spa, so get easy access to those

Nothing, would be back again in a heartbeat next time in budapest

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room and facilities were brilliant, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and as it was our anniversary they left a beautiful cake and some bubbly in our room which was a lovely touch. We also found that the location was perfect for us as it was a reasonable walk to a lot of things.
