Atrium Fashion Hotel

We like the location, room , breakfast and cleanliness. The hotel is very pleasant, you get a nice feeling about it.

The most of the canteen staff are rather miserable, not friendly at all, don’t smile and I didn’t feel welcome at all during breakfast time. When you work in service you should be taught how to deal with guests who pay quite a lot of money for their stay.

The breakfast had a lot of delicious options. The shower in the room was amazing,

The room on the inside part of the hotel have no windows to the outside. It was also a bit hot in the room. In the morning we could hear kinds running and being a bit loud in the hallways

We had two rooms on different floors. While we had a fantastic room our friend one floor up said his was in s terrible shape with s shower that did not drain. So i guess we got mixed reviews. We liked out shower snd breakfast which was amazing.

The location was kinda strange. We also had joined room with some other guests which was absolutely terrible because you could hear everything! We heard them fart, talk, and other “activities”. The gap under the door was over 2” which made it almost like open door with all sounds like they were in your room. Absolutely u acceptable!

I loved the central location, the cleanliness of the room, and the hearty breakfast. As with all hotels I recommend waking up earlier and taking advantage of the early hours because at 10:30 you might not find anything. The flaw in the room is that since there is no direct opening with the outside you may feel a bit claustrophobic, but you can also choose the room with a city view and in any case if you turn on the air conditioner the room stays cool. Otherwise very good solution. Comfortable beds, everything you need, possibility to leave your luggage after checkout for the last tour of the city. Very good value for money. See you soon.

Our stay was delightful, perfectly accommodating for families. The family rooms were impeccably clean and prepared for our arrival. The air conditioning functioned superbly, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to various destinations. My sole critique pertains to the hotel's positioning on a one-way street, which complicated the process of collecting a parking ticket and returning to the garage on the same route. While this is beyond the hotel's control, a forewarning about such minor details would have been appreciated. Despite this, choosing to stay here for one night was a fantastic decision.

I decided because of great breakfast reviews and I wasn't dissaponted at all! Also the location was important to me, which was great. The staff was very helpful. The first day I got a room that smelled bad and after I let them know about it, I got a new very clean room. Also I forgot a document at home, but the staff helped me print it out, which was a lifesaver!

I felt that the overall furniture did't resemble the 4 star feeling, including the pictures. I also had to get used to not having a window that I could open, the only window that could not be opened, was to the inside of the closed square building, so I could see people walking on that open hallway, which was right next to the bed.

Location is good, very close to public transport and also to some attractions, lots of places to eat and get groceries, the breakfast is really good, lots of dishes to pick from and varied from day to day. Staff let us store the luggage because of the arrival time differences! Also rooms were very clean, roomservice very good!

The bathroom had no ventilation whatsoever, so you had to make do with the room's ventilation system - might not be suitable for some! Also, the rooms (as per the hotel name) have no natural light coming in - look at the photos first, then make up your mind about that!

Air conditioning and temperature (we had 37 degrees outside) was v effective and quiet. Quietness of hotel despite it being full and busy. It was very relaxed. The 'help yourself to coffee/ tea and sometimes cake' was great. With outdoor heat, we also took some cold juice as we came in off the baking streets. The atrium set up meant it was shut off from the outside world, but yet very light and airy. Staff were helpful. Breakfast always great and no issues to help self efen when it was really busy.

Cleanliness, breakfast options and staff hospitality were exceptional, especially the staff were very kind and available to help us all the time.

These are only minor issues we noted and nothing of great concern. We were charged extra for a room with city view. We were expecting a room on one of the topmost floors with a good view of the city for at least a certain distance. We were disappointed that the city view only meant a view of a street with a supermarket. Also, there were no power points near the bed to charge the mobile overnight. Otherwise, everything else were perfect.

I loved being at this hotel. It was bright and airy and well decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and was included. There was free tea and coffee available throughout the day. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean and the bathroom had a good shower. The bed was comfortable, but you may want to ask for an extra pillow. The hotel was located very close to the central transport hub where you could access the Metro, the train station, buses and trams. It was useful to be able to buy transport tickets covering all modes of transport for a single day or multiples. These were available from purple machines where you could pay by cash or card. The machines could be found on the waiting areas of the tram stops for definite. Card payments were readily accepted by shops and cafes and there are plenty of ATMs.

An extra pillow,though I didn’t actually ask for one ! Everything else was great,but you are quite away from the river,though it is walkable or easily accessed by cheap public transport.
