Location was great. The staff at the reception were very nice and gave us a good price for 1 night extension. Balcony is a big plus.

Problem is the reception is far from accommodation and therefore there's almost no interaction with guests. No cleaning services were offered. Household came once during the week to give new towels and garbage bags. Pillows aren't comfortable. Room was smelling wierd (though we didn't complain about that, so kinda our problem).

Near city centre, accessible to transportation metro, bus and tram, near groceries like Aldi and Lidl, has kitchenette microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, cooker, kettle and cutlery. one small toilet and another toilet with shower and hair dryer with toilet tissue papers, shampoo and body wash. Comfy bed and pillows, blanket and towels. Cabinet with hangers and drawers. Has a very good WIFI and TV with netflix and YouTube. There is a lift. Spacious, I can recommend this apartment.

The reception to check-in and to get the room key was a bit far to the apartment/room and a bit of confusion because the receptionist gave us a key but the woman who was waiting for us in the apartment swap our key then gave us a different key and said there was a mistake wherein the receptionist apologised for the key mistake over the phone.There is an aircon in the living room but not cold enough to reach the bedroom.

The location of Lord Residence Hotel is perfect. It's near the parliament and main central area 10 minutes walking distance. We met the staff only once when we needed to receive the room's key and our impression was good. The girl at the reception helped us to organize our check-in and check-out and made a little gesture by the hotel side regarding the parking. Leaving your car in the hotel's parking is a good option if you want to leave it and feel secure during your stay in Budapest. The room was clean and comfortable, with two toilets, a kitchen and a balcony with a garden view.

Right from the get go it was a great experience. Judy gave me a super warm welcome (much appreciated as I'd had to trudge through the rain for over a mile dragging my cases due to being let down by the accommodation I'd previously booked). Judy was super efficient and getting me sorted and into this wonderful studio apartment. My only regret was that I had wasted two days of my stay elsewhere. I wish I had been here all along as it is perfect. Nice and spacious, everything you need, great location, peaceful, comfortable bed, and lots more. Next time I am in Budapest Judy will be the first person I call.

It was all excellent.

Quiet place hidden from the traffic noise, yet the location is great. Our apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with the most comfortable bed. The office for a key pick-up is near. The staff was very helpful and easy to reach.

The Internet connection was slow. I have to mention that the staff was corresponding to our messages and they were willing to come to our apartment to check if the problem can be fixed, however, there is also an option to buy a sim card with internet connection from the local phone provider company, which we did and that way we had internet connection even outside of the apartment.

Everything was great, the only problem was we couldn't get them on the phone - we wanted to extend our stay and tried calling, but since no one answered, we booked another night through the App, checked out and then checked back in and we ended up getting the same apartment, so it would have been nice to just stay in the room without packing to come back 4hrs later. But I really recommend this place, it's clean, comfy, spacious and in the city centre.

I like the location, 10mins by walk to St Stephan. You can use 100E bus from airport to Deak Ferenc Sq (1 person 1500HUF ). Kitchen is equipped with cooking goods including dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Bathroom is also good. There are towels, hairdryer, washing machine. There are 3 heaters in the room and 1 heater in the bathroom. They were all working perfect. Bed was good. Room was generally clean. I saw nothing abnormal. Wifi was ok. Reception person was welcoming. They are responding booking messages quickly.

You should be aware reception locates 10min by walk to hotel itself. (Paulay Ede utca 65). We were there at christmas time. Maybe it will be a bit cheaper if you go at normal time.

1. The price of the parking place is overrated, 20euro per night is a bit too much 2. There was a group of youngsters making noise until 2 am banging on the garage door which no one took care of. 3. Two keys should be available

Location is excellent, the apartment is very cute, we loved the little balcony and the fact that it was hidden from the street so you wouldn't hear any nosies.

The WiFi was spotty, which wasn't an issue for us, but keep that in mind if you're looking to stay and work here. Additionally, we were almost charged 10x more to leave our suitcases at reception after checkout, luckily the message on Booking had the original amount and after that the receptionist changed her mind and charged us correctly.
