B&B Hotel Würzburg

Comfortable bed and in general very clean

I arrived in the train station of Würzburg at 20:30. I went for dinner and while I was eating the receptionist called me twice (one at 21:00 and one at 21:50) to tell me that there is no option for check in after 22:00. I made it to the hotel at 22:08 and he gave me the card. Once I was got into the elevator and before the doors close all the lights were off and the receptionist rushed out because his shift was over. The cleaning stuff didn’t replace the paper cups (they saw that I have used them) but I had no other cup for the last day of my stay. Honestly I haven’t asked for an extra cup because I was expecting to replace them by themselves.

Having stayed in several hotels in the chain, then this was one of the better versions. Air conditioning in the room was very welcome. I will therefore be staying here again next time I'm in Würzburg.

Housekeeping failed to clean the room on our final night, clearly a misunderstanding, however the reception desk sorted out clean towels very quickly. Rooms on the ground floor facing the main road can be 'noisy'. The pavement directly outside the hotel appears to be a collecting / assembly point for lifts / taxis after the bars have closed. You can expect some noise in the small hours - if this bothers you, then request a room to the rear of the property or one on the higher floors

This is a regular stop for us on our trip to and from the Czech Republic. The standard of service is excellent and the rooms are clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious. Very good car parking at the rear of the hotel with plenty of space, even late at night.

Principally, Booking.com NOT BOOKING two rooms for me when I only booked one and had it confirmed by email and on my Booking. com app. this is the third time this has happened at this hotel in the last three months. Fortunately the hotel staff realised Booking. com's error and cancelled one of the rooms otherwise I would have been seriously out of pocket with an additional 88 Euro charge. Only other fault was the air conditioning unit was noisy and gurgling so we had to turn it off, just as well it wasn't too hot.

We have stayed at this hotel most years on our journey to and from the Czech Republic. It is in an excellent central position, 10 minutes walk from the main bridge along the Main, has good parking and is located next to two garages. It is easy to find and the rooms are always clean and tidy, with hair dryer supplied. No kettle though, for those wanting to make their own tea, and disappointingly this year, an added charge to use the car park, which took the shine off a bit, but considering the cost of the room, is not to bad. Highly recommend the hotel and attentive, friendly and helpful staff.

Pretty decent hotel. Not too far walking from city center. Parking in the back

The rooms were at the ground floor. There is a club next to the hotel so there are always people smoking outside so if you have the window or the window vent open, there will be a lot of smoke inside, all night. Also it is a bit noisy to maybe ask for rooms not on the ground floor. The cleaning could be a bit better

Basic but comfortable room, sparsely furnished but very clean and warm. Perfect location for an overnight stay in Würzburg, with the old town just 15-20 minutes' walk away. Private parking space for the price of €6 per night is a huge plus.

No nightstand or sockets next to the bunk bed. Was a bit noisy at night.

Everything, central location, good parking immediately behind the hotel, attentive staff who rang me on route to confirm my arrival time. great comfortable spacious room with good facilities. I have stayed here at least twice a year for the last few year while travelling. highly recommend it.

Room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was a simple continental but good quality. Parking was perfect, gated off and directly behind the hotel. The hotel is about 1.4 km from the main train station, which was a pleasant walk and easy to find. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Covid restrictions were in place, and very easy to follow. During my stay the Hotel was very quiet, which was perfect and relaxing.

The parking lot. They said reservation wasn't needed (since they had available parking room for everybody), yet if you found a parking spot you would pay the parking... That is strange.

We spent 1night as a stopover. Perfect for our needs. The check-in was smooth, the room clean and had everything we needed. The space is used in a smart way. Comfortable bed. Reserved parking area and possible to have your pet with you.

The pillows were too soft, but not a big deal.
