Clean and newly decorated room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices, in cluding espresso, excellent breads, eggs of different types, etc. Quite comfortable bed, although made of two rather narrow ones. The bedding was also comfortable and very clean, but rather narrow. Upon arriving early, I could hang out in the lounge and get espresso and water. Using the parking garage was a big plus.

Location is by a busy street and there is a construction site on both sides of the hotel. (So no mountain view, so stop advertizing it). It is not noisy since the windows and curtains a re very good, but note that sleeping with open windows is not an optionm so you have to use air conditioning which makes some noise and wind ... The parking spot in underground garage can not be secured in advance.

Very helpful staff both at the reception and the bar... I even got a free shot! The room was very cozy and the hotel is located within minutes from train station and a super market with breakfast (in case you don't want to use hotel's breakfast), which was my case as I had to check out in a rush! Very satisfied

There was a machine sound going on all night from my room... I think the air-condition. You can only hear it when the TV is off, nothing serious and as soon as I felt asleep, it didn't bother me!

Convenient location right next to U-Bahn And S-Bahn Station - from there it is only 15 minutes to the center of Munich. Very new facility with nice size international standard rooms. Friendly staff. (At least when we booked outside trade fair or Oktoberfest-season) reasonably priced.

The door lock battery was out of power, therefore the key card did not work for one of the rooms. It took 2-times reminding the staff to get it fixed. By mistake we deselected our room to be made up ... the tablet easily "guides you" to click this deselection as part of curiosity to play with it. There is a construction site right next to it, but we did not get disturbed.

Modern, very clean and comfortable hotel. Parking located under the building. Hotel located in a business and fair zone, but the metro station is 5 minutes walk, you can get to the city center in 25 minutes. The room is quite, has comfortable bads, there is cattle and tea with coffee, a bottle of water. The breakfast is absolutely FANTASTIC! A huge selection of hot and cold dishes, the cook fries eggs in front of your eyes, makes omelettes.

The restaurant in a hotel was closed 😞, because of some events for the big guests group. But thanks to the nearest metro station we went to the city center and had a delicious supper.

Soft fluffy pillows, very comfortable beds, nice shower and clean bathroom. We made full use of the tv, kettle, fridge...especially enjoyed the quiet well-insulated rooms despite building works going on outside, we had very restful nights and didn't hear a thing, on the fifth floor. Very close to s-bahn/u-bahn station, location was perfect for exploring Munich, very close to supermarket to pick up supplies for day trips with the family. Free parking on the road in front of the hotel. We got a very good price online making it great value for our 2 rooms for 4 nights. Receptionist was polite and helpful too.

We didn't try the restaurant as we were out late every evening or meeting people for dinner so I can't comment on the dining.

The staff was super friendly, they gave me free car parking on premises just because it was my birthday weekend. The breakfast was exceptional as well. They have live chef available that was making egg omlettes according to your choice. They had a full honey comb at display where you can break it off yourself and use the honey as you please. They had a big nutella jar that is digital and gives off nutella in 15g intervals. They also have a automatic pancake machine that you can use to create pancakes. The rooms were good, they TV however cannot be connected with internet. It just plays satellite channels.

The AC in the room was not corresponding to the thermostat. I had to sleep with window tilted open on one night because it was hot inside the room. The location is a good 20-25minutes away from munich center even on a car. Althought the breakfast was good, but the price was very expensive. (19€ per person per night)

Nice and clean rooms, comfortable stay, even though room was small, good WiFi and decent employees

The housekeeping is poor, on the first day, they left our room without making it up even though we left it around 11 am, other days we have to inform the reception on a daily basis to clean the room. Parking is very expensive at 15 Euro per day, considering a lot of free parking lots around, also breakfast is expensive at 19 Euro per person considering you have the local bakeries around.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, early check-in was offered free of charge when we asked to drop our luggage. Breakfast was great - wide variety and fresh. Room size and facilities were good. Location is good, easy to reach Munich city center by public transport.

Hotel parking is too expensive at €12/night, given the location (far out of city center). Found free street parking around the corner instead. There was quite some noise from trains at night, if we left the windows open. With the windows closed, it was quiet. There were some stains on the curtains and one of the leather chairs also had spots on it. Otherwise, the room seemed clean.

24h open reception, a small, but well equipped gym, very well designed spaces at the lobby bar and the breakfast hall. Comfortable rooms with spacous and well equipped bathrooms. I can highly recommend this hotel, be it for business trips, or for leisure. it is about 4-5 Mins walk to the U5/S7 station Neuperlach Süd. From there, you can reach the city center in 20 minutes.

The employees of Check-in desk are all very nice. Hotel is new, room is big and clean. P+R and U5 is nearby, very convenient.

The choice of drinks in the bar is very limited and simple. The menu we saw from the tablet of the room is different than the one we saw in the bar, they should update the menu in the tablet, it confused me that I could have a glass of cocktail there, but it was not true The room is clean, but the cleaning is not precise, the 2nd day they forgot to refill the coffee and tea bags and removed away the "do not distrurb" sign that we couldn't hang it on the door. The 3rd day they didn't change the dirty cups but refill the tea bags.
