Good ratio price vs value

Despite requesting twice in advance, the personnel did not recommend any parking next to the hotel and said, come first, park in front of the hotel for a few minutes and we give you the recommendation at the reception. Upon arrival there was police giving penalties for wrong parking in the street and in front of the hotel was a parking lot only for taxies with a queue of them. Like this we picked up the nearest parking we could quickly find which was of course not the cheapest nor most optimal choice.

It was great location, very close to Munich train station. Well sized room with two beds and extra sofa bed. Great breakfast, better than many 4 star hotels. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

However, it is overlooking very noisy and busy street, with late night levellers and subsequent cleaning operation making it difficult to sleep with windows opened. It is best to ask for rooms at the back of the building, away from main street. Best for group outing but not really for romantic break (unless in room away from main street)

Great location, only a couple of minutes from the Hauptbahnhof. Close to trams and S Bahn. The room was comfortable, and I did not find it too loud. The area was busy, with plenty of shops, restaurants and takeaways. I suppose it looked a bit 'rough', but I did not feel it was unsafe. The breakfast was reasonable for the price; not 'lavish', but enough to keep you going until dinner.

The walls were a little thin, but it was quiet at night The lift door sometimes gets jammed open because of an uneven floor on the top floor. When this happens the lift is stuck, and you have to walk up the stairs. This needs to be fixed.

The room and the hotel in general were super clean. Breakfast is very complete and served at convenient times. The bed was comfortable and the single room I took had all you may need for a short stay: a desk with a chair, a small armchair, a wardrobe with hangers, safe, TV, night light, enough sockets to charge your devices, trash can. The bathroom was also very clean and had a hair dryer and toiletries. Water temperature and pressure in the shower, perfect. The staff is nice and helpful.

The location is not bad if you arrive in the city by train and do not wish to take public transport, since the hotel is just one block from the main train station. However, it is in a "red light district". Still, it was safe. As a woman solo traveler, I never felt afraid to walk in the street. Also, it is within walking distance to Marienplatz and many sites of interest in the historic center. Moreover, many guided tours for places outside Munich (such as Neuschwanstein castle) leave from Karlplatz, only three blocks from the hotel, which is very convenient. The area is also a bit noisy in the afternoon, but there's nothing the hotel can do about it. It gets quieter by the time you go to bed.

Amazing location! Close to Karlsplatz, Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt. Also located just 2 short blocks away are all the buses and trams and the central DB station! The single room is very utilitarian but comfortable. Water pressure and hot water is top notch. Wi-Fi connection is the best I’ve experienced in any hotel I stayed at anywhere! Breakfast is great yet practical.

Although location is excellent, the area can be rough at night. Locals are extremely loud late into the night which makes the area seem seedier than it really is.

This was a perfect stay for small money I’ve paid. It was significantly cheaper compared to other options in the area and I was expecting just a tolerable place to spend a night. But the place exceeded my expectations. Location- 5 min walk from Banhoff and nice 10 min walk to Marienplatz. Room clean, functional, full of light due to large window. I haven’t heard other guests. Speedy WiFi! And fully loaded breakfast- including coffe, eggs, sausage, cheese, wurst, yogurt, juice and even fruits.

Always there is something to work on - window has spots of dried rain from outside. And in the bathroom there is a strong smell of shampoo- just don’t forget to close the door for the night. Those two items did not spoil overall perfect stay.

Fantastic hotel, located in Munich center. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast is very good as well. The staff are very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Munich.

This hotel was close to the main train station, had access to taxi's also, and walking distance to Oktoberfest and to Marienplatz. The rooms were a good size, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean, though the shower was on the smaller size (not an issue). The shower water was plenty hot and great water pressure.

The block that this hotel is located on has many different types of late-night hangouts (casino, dance clubs, sports betting), which were quite loud at night especially during the weekend, plus it was Oktoberfest. So it was a bit hard to get a good night rest.

The Room was neat and clean also it was spacious and my room was heated, Also The hotel is located in excellent part of the city almost inside the city center and all the attractions. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

The Breakfast could be more better but it was fair enough for me as the dining area is wide and enough for all the guests , Nothing else to be fair,

Location is very convinient if you want ro use Trains . Included breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Overall value for money when I booked in Winter

The room was cold. The heater doesn’t help much. probably bad insulation. But blanket helps. Location is near train station but the streets don’t look very elegant. It can be loud also on a Saturday night due to the taxis. There is a cabaret and night club downstairs in tjis street. So can be noisy street over the weekend.
