Fast check in system was good, but it didn’t give us the room keys so we had to end up at the reception anyway. Room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast space is in another building and there are no elevators. We had to use stairs with luggages so it was inconvenient. Also, there weren’t anything warm in the breakfast (e.g. scrambled eggs or sausages). You will not leave hungry but for the price I think there should be more than 3 types of ham and 4 types of cereal. Also the location is a bit far from the central area and from the nearest subway. It’s not hostel’s fault obviously, just the guests should consider 10-15 min walking to tram and s bahn.

The beds are very close together in the mixed dorm but otherwise all good!

When you stay somewhere, you should not notice the room because it should be clean, orderly and functional. A&O did great in this respect. The staff was truley exceptional though and were increibly hostpitable and helpful. We felt very taken care of by the staff. Especially the food service staff who met our dietary needs with consistent exceptional service and accomidation.

We traveled with our family, which allowed us to bring (no joke) 26 pieces of luggage. The lift was broken for more than half of the time and we ended up bringing almost all of the luggage up five levels by hand. That was a nusciance and troublesome on the bookends of our stay.

breakfast moderate. No hot meals (only pancakes and eggs). Offer of cold cuts sufficient. In case of pancakes there was a problem when there were many guests - for example school trips, the machine for pancakes was "out of order". Many guests reported problems with parking. Indeed, not many places and quite high price (15 euro per day) but generally there was no problem to find a place. Later I left car on the street. Usually it was possible to park quite near the hotel (no more than 100 meters).

Pleasant reception staff, comfortable beds, it was almost clean.We booked and paid for two rooms at once. Everything is fine with the first room, why was the second room not booked in the system, although our payment went through. The guy at the reception very quickly solved the problem in 5 minutes and gave us an even larger room than we booked.

There is a railway nearby, but in October it is cool, and with the windows closed the noise is almost inaudible. In summer it will be noisy when the windows are open

Size of the room ( 2 children and 2 adults in one room) and still enough room to spare. Location, close to the metro station. No noisy at all for a hostel.

The cleanliness was not there: some "brown" stains on the walls. The bathroom had an awful smell. Some mattress were smaller than the bed frames itself (in the bunk bed but also in the adult beds), my kid was constantly falling in between the bunk bed frame and the mattress - waking us up at night.

Great location near the S-bahn station. A bus stop is nearby. Well worth the price for short stays. The room had electrically controlled blindfolds, which is a great addition. Great atmosphere and vibe!

The elevator on the fourth floor had no buttons (they fell off), so we couldn't call the elevator there. Room is a bit small.

- I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any English speaking channels ( not even an option to change the language or subtitles)

Pretty confortable and functional rooms, good location near Nymphenburg and directly connected to the city centre via S-Bahn

The building is on a street that gets pretty busy during the day, so at times it can get noisy but traffic goes down in the night and the windows are very soundproof, so it's not too bad all in all

The overall stay was good

but upon arrival staff was quite unfriendly (and there wasn’t a big queue at the reception, they weren’t busy at the moment, so it’s an honest answer), I feel like I had to ask them all the questions, like they didn’t explain anything about the room location, elevator, that it’s in another building etc, they could at least say 1-2 sentences and it would feel different, more welcoming
