Viva Hotel Lübeck0

Nice, clean, comfi room! The room had all we needed. Windows were openable, there was a mobil ventillator available (we haven't used it). We appreciated the sofa for quiet moments. We had a room facing not the busy street but a parking lot kind of thing, therefore it was not too loud. Easily accessible from the city center and/or train station.

The automatic check in process had great potential, when we were there it was a struggle though due to technical issues. The staff in the nextdoor hotel helped us though immediately, they were very kind! The bathroom was super stylish and pretty, having no door though was not the most appealing - this might be a good one for couples or really close (!) friends. We found the shower's door a bit tricky, because when opening the door after having a shower all water is being pushed to the toilet which was not too easy to wipe/clean. We wish there was breakfast included in the price! :)

This was an overnight stay on a longer journey going from one point to another. The hotel was easy to find, and I liked that there was a parking house next to the hotel, which I did have to pay extra for, but it was worth it to know my car was safe and close by. The check-in was simple (I did it online before hand) and it was easy to see where I needed to go, as the actual Viva hotel was just a building with rooms and a conference centre at the top, while reception and restaurant was next door at another hotel. I really liked that there was a sheltered outside area in front of Viva hotel, where I could sit and chat to my family on the phone in peace, without being seen from the street. The hotel was very clean and fresh.

Everything was ok I must say, so the only small thing I might want to be better would be the friendliness of the hotel staff in the main hotel. It wasn't that they were not polite, but they seemed a little dismissive, maybe because I was travelling on my own.

Room was clean and comfortable. It is a little far from centre(but well connected with buses) but pretty quiet and it didn't felt unsafe at all. Overall we had a great experience, we only used it for sleeping while we visited Lubeck's historical centre (in 15 min you are in the main gate by bus).

Not really minuses for me but info for other guests. The location is not in the centre (but you have at least 2 buses that leads you to both the bhf and the centre). The hotel doesn't have reception but the next-to main hotel has and the staff were really nice. Some rooms lead to a busy road so I recommend to close the windows if it is not too hot.

We stayed in IV Jahreszeiten in Lubeck, even though we booked the room in Viva Hotel. We enjoyed our stay in IV Jahreszeiten Hotel, overall facility is good-with restaurant, spa and wellness center and elevator. Room is spacious and lighting is well designed. Bathroom is new and clean. Having kettle in the room for a cup of coffee or tea was a big advantage for us after long day. Hotel is not located in the city center, but bus station is close (Nr.:1,7,10), and it takes 10 min. to reach the city center by bus.

Poor Wifi.

Very spacious and clean room and shower room.

1) I'd prefer we have fridge over AC. 2) We need to go to the hotel next door when checking out from the parking. I prefer if the hotel manage to have a parking machine where we can pay. It took more time to wait before paying than to pay for the parking (especially when there's people checking in).

Close to the motorway for a stop-over, very spacious room, new and clean, 25 minutes by foot from the center. Lots of traffic but effective windows so no problem and good sound isolation from other rooms. Exactly what we needed.

Found a pyjama under my pillow (?). Instant coffee would have been nice.

All in all a good hotel, i stayed only a short time. It was very clean and nice, defently the best i could get at for that price.

The self check in and out didn't work, so we had to go down the street to another hotel to do that. It wasn't a big deal, but it would be nice if that worked

Spotless clean new hotel. Online check in/out . No staff! Spacious rooms with all comfort. Restaurants & fastfood Drive ins (multiple ) around the corner. 1 minute walk. Topspot for passing through.

The property is at a nice location, not very expensive, clean and comfortable. The checkin is through the staff in the next door 4 seasons hotel. The staff was very cooperative. City centre is 15-20 mins by walk.

The bathrooms in some rooms dont have a door. Not everyone might be comfortable with that!

Comfy room. Nice lighting Big shower room. Digital entry system.

No reception in the hotel No restaurant. But the sister hotel restaurant was superb.
