Nice clean hotel close to the popular Ehrenfeld area, with good access for car travellers and good access to public transport. Staff were uniformly friendly.

I wrote two times to this hotel before leaving regarding car parking but never received an answer. At check out I didn't manage to pick up a receipt (for business purposes) and emailed asking for one to be sent to me electronically. I received no reply and have just sent a second email. They're friendly enough at the counter but someone must be behind with correspondence.

Very new and modern. Just what you need if you're in Cologne for a conference. The shower was amazing, which is always nice if you want to get a good start of the day. It's less than 1km from a Tram station which takes you directly to Neumarkt / Heumarkt or Messe. It only takes 20 mins, so no need to get an (even more) expensive hotel in the city center.

Parking turned out to be extra instead of included. That's it honestly, no other downsides to this hotel.

Totally enjoyed my stay at this hotel, location was super close to where I needed to be and easily reachable from the Ehrenfeld train station. Room was very large, super quiet as I requested, bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. Internet was super fast too. I would also like to say a massive thank you to the receptionist that was there during Wednesday night for his immense help , approachable manner and friendliness. He is one of those who make travel and staying at hotels more comfortable and more pleasant. Thank you.

The bathroom was clean. The room was quite quiet, considering we were on the roadside. The flow was great with the elevator. The hotel was located not far from all public transportation options. The street wasn't to hectic whether day or night. Big widow so enough natural light.

The head of the bed was quite low so one pillow was not enough and we couldn't get an extra one . The TV had only German spoken channels. There was no option to store some cold beverages. A little language barrier with the staff, some didn't speak English.

Location is great very easy to get into Cologne in about half an hour using the tram! Very good black out curtains in the room which made sleeping great. The fact you can purchase food 24/7 from reception was a nice bonus. Didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. The hotel massively exceeded my expectations, it was quite expensive but we did stay on a very busy weekend! Staff were helpful!

The sound proofing in the hotel is not the best though, but as someone who is more sensitive to light than noise I slept great! Room is small and compact, so there is not that much storage in the room for a longer stay!

Perfect for my purposes, which was going to the Studio Ehrenfeld!

Probably could be closer to the city center if you're interested in doing anything else, but it is relatively well connected and I managed to walk around a lot anyway. The lighting was slightly annoying, it's either too much or too little, especially with the window where it's difficult to leave the curtain at halfway. Oh and the duvet should be twice as big. But still, I guess it does what it's supposed to

Good value for the money. Everything was clean and all you need is present. The breakfast is not very big with many choices, but it's all bio and sustainable and again very good value for the money. If we would do a short stay in Köln again, we will probably book here again.

Nothing really negative to say. The only pity is that there's no bar, but there's a vending machine with a few beers and sodas with a place to sit.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent value. Breakfast was good and very adequate. Hard cooked eggs, bread, jam, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt,muesli, meats and cheeses. Delicious coffee.

The hotel rooms don’t have keys or cards, just a keypad with a code. Seems clever enough. Well they write the room number and the code on the card they give you when you check in. If you happen to lose it at any point during your stay I’d advise you request the code be changed.

Close to public transportation. The rooms were updated and clean. We were able to easily have food delivered right to our room from outside take-out restaurants. Rooms were quiet.

The second room was on a different floor, due to bed set-up. Fine for teenagers, but little kids would not have worked. THe check in process was a bit long, and there was no opportunity for early check in due to being so busy.

It is what you expect in a budget hotel. Small yet functional. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was fine as well. Even though it was quite close to the street, the sound was well isolated and the aircon worked great.

The staff at the reception in the evening was very unfriendly. There wasn't a complementary water bottle in the room.
