Comfort Hotel Tom Kyle

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were difficult guests arriving with bicycles and luggage that needed storing while we were away on a bike trip but this was no problem for the hotel - they just said yes to everything and were utterly charming. The breakfast deserves special praise! How many hotels these days use genuine eggs rather than powdered? Well, they were real ones here, fresh and scrambled to perfection each morning. Well done Tom Kyle team!

The hotel could have been next to a beach at the bottom of a really great ski run??

Breakfast was excellent and very plentiful. The staff, especially the ladies at breakfast, were always super nice. The location is very central, close to the old town and the Vorstadt and also to the Kiellinie, for a relaxing walk along the fjord. The room very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Super recommended, we will definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect!

I did not expect much looking at the hotel from outside, but our family suite was spacious with two separate bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The room was really nice with complimentary. I also have to mention the location, location, location. Spot on! Everything in close proximity! Perfect Will defently come back again.

No AC. Simple breakfast.

Very helpful and friendly staff and good service. Very nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast had everything I think there should be available. Free access for a coffee or a tea was very nice, it made me feel at home.

Children running upstairs which was quite noisy.

Location, parking, very comfortable bed. I needed easy access from the motorway with a parking and walking distance to center.

The breakfast lady tried to force me to sit at a different table and I had to insist that I wanted to sit in the sun. Turns out, half the tables remained empty since it was not peak season. If you like huge breakfast buffet forget about it. It was good but small.

This hotel is a perfect place to spend your time in Kiel, it's close to the city center, and the personnel is great. The personnel is really kind, thoughtful and dedicated. The room was clean, as well as the hotel in general. If you stay here, try the breakfast, it's an awesome breakfast to start your day with.

This hotel has all you need, the Wi-Fi works fine, good breakfast, staff friendly and helpful, and esp. the location is extremely good and quiet as regards traffic. Families with cars will benefit from P-facilities. The rooms are rather small, but all works fine inside. The hotel is not far from the city center, within walking distance of several bus lines, also close to several parks and the Kiel harbor walk. For those historically interested, the old city is within walking distance and otherwise it is advisable from the start of your stay to buy a travel card (at central train station).

We booked a Twin-room. Loved it. Two bedrooms with a hall and a huge bathroom. Tv in both rooms, very quiet. The Gym (free for hotel guests) were really nice. The people who work there were pleasent.

WiFi did not work and all the tv-channels are german (we were very pleased anyways). The only thing we wish were different is the pillows. We are most likely to stay here the next time as well.

Super nice place. Absolutely lovely for the price. Everyone was super nice and the facilities were great. They are more than happy to help you if there is anything you need help with. The breakfast was not the biggest selection but it was still really lovely.

It was clean. Rooms were ok and we had a pretty good overnight stay.

We were with 2 kids. The sofabett was not so comfy but that can be normal for that furniture. Also we were havin breakfast as around 0915ish and much of food was already gone. They did not do a refill of bread unfortunarely.
